Nice room, sauna and steam room. Clean and cozy facilities.The cleaning crew were very helpful and accommodating.

Had a cup of coffee but charged a full breakfast. Their explanation: if I entered the room, I was charged for breakfast! end of story. Spa with no water and only 2 towels available!

Good Location, very friendly.And a more than Excellent Kitchen. Great Dinner, very nice wines per Glass by the dVine-system.Breakfast suffient made by the “best egg cooker in the world”.

Beautiful hotel in Marlenheim! The staff is SO friendly and made our honeymoon stay special. They had cookies and juice available 24/7 (for all guests) and even made up our room with a romantic swan complete with rose petals!! It was such a thoughtful touch and made our day! :) They have a 1 Star Michelin restaurant just a few feet from the hotel rooms. So, it’s very convenient! :) We highly recommend this hotel.

This beautiful and lovely hotel was wonderful. The room was very large. Very comfortable bed and lots of room to store our items. The bathroom was large and it was well appointed, having everything that we needed for our stay. Love the separate toilet area!The design of the Hotel is so beautiful, very Alsatian! The staff is so wonderful, attending to any need you may have. We were staying close to Westhoffen to see family and this was the perfect place. A 5 minute drive to our family. We only wish that we could have eaten at the restaurant, but did not have time. Would love to return and have a great meal! Looks fantastic! Thank you for a great room, great location and for being so kind and helpful. Also, great garage to park our car!

The room was a bit small and the breakfast staff not very helpful.

We were upgraded to a large suite! This place has a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff are charming. The big bonus is the restaurant which is not cheap but served excellent food. Make sure to book a table when booking the hotel because the restaurant is very popular.

No parking in the hotel grounds although we had no difficuly parking in the street outside.

The restaurant claimed 1 Michelin star but did not live up to expectations. First the signature dish Boucher à la reine, one of only three meat dishes on the à la carte menu was off! The general service was rushed and a bit amateur with staff changing table linens as soon as customers left and re-laying the place settings when nobody was arriving.

-Standard rooms do not have the features you expect of a 4* hotel (no fridge, no coffee facilities) and are pretty small-Breakfast is served in a dark room without much daylight and buffet area is small

Extremly friendly service personnel. Great mood, always aiming at the satisfaction of guests. Excellent SPA treatments as well. Nice an healthy food.

Could have a slightly more "generous" breakfast... when ordering ham or cheese for example, it should come in mora than just one slice of ham and one little piece of cheese.
