MONDI Hotel Tscherms

The views from the hotel are simply amazing. Eggs are prepared fresh as per your order. In house dinner surprised us-delicious and even good value for the money. We loved the sauna and swimming pool. The bus system is very convenient. Staff (including the cleaning personnel) is beyond excellent-genuinely friendly and kind.

The room was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The view from our balcony was gorgeous!

The air conditioning unit made an annoying sound occasionally.

The balcony could not be used as it looked out to the street, which was very busy/loud. The little box next to the air conditioning made a persistent and strong noise the whole time which was very tiresome.

The restaurant wasn't open that evening, however it wasn't too far to walk to another in the village.

beautiful location with amazing views. Lovely staff. wonderful pool and sauna. In a quiet and charming village but not far from cable cars ro wonderful walks and Thermal bath.

The hotel was excellent and the kids loved the pool. Bedroom was comfortable and the staff was nice and very attentive

Due to the family funeral the kitchen was closed during our stay so we had to eat outside the hotel and the village doesn’t have that many options.

The location and views were sensational, and the pool and sauna areas very good. Staff was friendly and the recommendation of the restaurant across the road was a hit with the whole family. Bar area was great & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn't recommend this accommodation.

Not great value for money given the size and un-renovated state of the room. It was not a good room for a family of four, there wasn't enough space overall, or hanging space for all the bathrobes and pool towels. Luckily we found some nice breakfast options in Tscherms & Lana as this would have cost an additional 18 EUR per person at the hotel. To top it - the hotel restaurant was closed the 2 nights we stayed.

An exceptional hotel with highly skilled staff .Everything about the stay was positive , the rooms are spacious and cozy, the breakfast is super fresh and after a long day it is perfect to visit the pool and the sauna and enjoy a drink at the bar.The staff in the reception did Everything to assist us when our car broke down and made us feel relaxed and vorrie free ?

Kids loved the swimming pool. Location was ok walking distance to restaurants and bakery. Great view of the mountains.

The room is very clean. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

The shower stream is low.
