Sure Hotel by Best Western Nimes Est

Comfy beds, clean. Good breakfast.

Tiny bathroom, shower didn't function properly.

Close to the motorway.

We got to the hotel already dark. To our surprise, we got a worse room than we reserved and paid for. We complained, but the receptionist didn't speak English. According to Google translate, the receptionist said:- that room was the only one they had available- we were allowed to put a mattress on the floor and sleep thereIn the morning we realized the floor of the room was full of little ants.

Near the Highway

Nothing was working, no air conditioning ( there is one, but broken), empty shower gel, shower broken, no ventilation working in the bathroom (broken), smallest room one can imagine, totally overheated! Outside no place to stay, which is covered when raining….and so on

Exactly what you expect from a budget hotel, lovely pool to refresh yourself after a long hot day is a big plus

Pool only open from 2.30 PM which is a shame as it meant that you cannot use the facilities on the day of check out

The room with enough space, right in front of the pool.

I was just a bit surprised by ants ? in the room. But it's not a big deal. :)

Clean. Staff was nice and courteous. Checking / checkout were quick. Secure entrance. Room was well maintained. Good quality. Good air conditioner. TV was of good quality.

Not much. Parking area was small. Road access to hotel needs fix by local authorities. Location was central but far from local shops.

I arrived after midnight and the staff was friendly. Entrance gate was closed and secured , this allow me keep bags in car and immediately entranced in room only with minimum necessary.

The windows were possible open only as door. Because travel with animal not possible to open it.

The price, the position and the free parking.

Spartan, no tea making facilities, small room, and nearly fainted after switching on heater in room. Was this carbon monoxide poisoning? You should check the heaters. Too many vending machines. Not enough staff.

location just next heighway and easy to find, ithe yard was closed by gate openable uning code , code necessary for both in/out direction, ideal when only pass zone and want have car in saferoom small, simply but clean, good for one nigh stop during long travellingthe fee for our cat was only 5Eur per animal and no problem with animals in hotel

noise from the corridor during whole nightno facilities for quick dinner nearly

It’s a nice hotel at a very convenient location, just 2 minutes away from motorway, pets allowed,we have been using it for

Distance from the motorway was short and easy. The room was very small but this was All We needed for 1 night stop. Very warm room.

The hotel is a bit Old.

Location food OK

Restaurant

I think the location was great for someone who was traveling with the car. It is very near the exit of the road. The staff was nice and helpful. The parking was free and great.

We arrived late at the hotel and the third bed was not made. They left the sheets for us to do the bed (first time in my life). We could listen everything that was happening on the corridors.

Help received from the night reception staff as we arrived much later than anticipated.Cleanliness and comfort of room was exceptional.

position and parking

useless wifi, too slow to even download mails. staff, for some unknown reasons, don't hear my will to change room for the second night. pretty bad behavior.

The pool, the parking

Didn’t have hair dryer, table lamp didn’t work and there wasn’t a place where to hit your food

close to the highway and pets are allowed

on booking.com it is advertised as having a restaurant, we even read a review in which someone says that the restaurant is good. There was NO restaurant ! after a 12 hour drive we did not want to get in the car again to search for somewhere to eat. The hotel offered a choice of 4 different deepfreeze pizza’s from which only 1 was still available. Really dissapointed. The rooms are not at all sound proof and even breakfast was dissapointing

it’s position just off the autoroute - simple but clean and the receptionist was professional and friendly

no restaurant

the worst

incompetent staff, poor service, poor info about services, poor location, no air conditioning, poor access
