Over charge ,, over price,, never again ,,, people ,,stay away .

Size of the rom was a joke . Doors inside right to a neighbour room. He walk us up ,,,try to open those door .

Perfekt location on the motorway service station. Room good size, quiet on the ground floor. Everything lovely and clean. McDonald's in the same building.Parking free and right outside the entrance.Breakfast very good. Good nights sleep and on our way again. Definitely stay again.

Easy and convenient

A grubby, shower head falling to pieces and some mold on the ceiling

Not much, but it was inexpensive and just about adequate for a single night stopover. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

It was only accessible by car from the wrong side of the motorway so we had to go down to the next junction and back - not ideal on a toll route though we should have checked this beforehand. The only food at the location was a McDonalds.

Good location when making a long drive (right off the motorway)

Some mold on the bathroom ceiling, otherwise very clean. Rooms are very small with 2 people but not a problem for a 1 night visit.

Clean accommodation right by the highway, 24 hour reception, small room but comfortable sleeping. McDonald's restaurant in the building.

We could take the dog

The room was very small. It was difficult to get to coming from the east. The restaurant was a snack bar

Size of the bedrooms

I stayed at hotel during my travel, I only spend 1 night there. The location is very nice, you can find a gas station, big parking, coffee place and McDonalds there, which you can actually access directly from hotel's lobby.

Nothing, all was fine.

Rooms are modern, well equipped and comfortable.

Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Parking is on the truck stop and doesn't feel safe. You have to get on a toll road to get to the hotel.

Good for a one-nighter while travelling through france by car

Unable to connect to wifi from hotelroom. It believed i was trying to access wifi from outside the hotel.When accessing from hallway it worked but ass soon as i got back into the room connection was terminated with an errormessage stating i was outside the hotel. plz fix and i will come back :-)

I couldn't find any positive emotions in this hotel... service, room, breakfast, location (accessibility)... everything was below all expectations

The location is for access by autoroute and as I was using normal roads it is NOT very well signposted, hard to find.Car park open to all.Limited food and expensive.

Great location next to highway (still quiet inside the rooms) with gas station and McDonalds. 24 hour reception, spoke good English, quick check-in, snacks/coffee available. Good breakfast, available earlier than common in the south. Great parking right in front.

Breakfast was great, French croissants and fresh bread (and the rest)

Transportation arriving from Germany (the north) was terrible, as you had to get off one French toll road, turn around, and get ON the toll road going the other direction, with ongoing construction both ways. Then the next morning to continue south, back on the toll road.

The staff where friendly and helpful

The accommodation and bathroom was old and tired. It was not even to the standard of an ibis budget hotel. We booked expecting Ibis usual standards but we’re disappointed. The rooms smelled bad of tobacco despite the staff telling me all rooms were smoke free. The plastic mattress protector was not pleasant to sleep on.

Great hotel right next to the highway. Very friendly staff. Dog friendly, gave us a room on ground floor so it was very comfortable with the dogs.

did not stay - disgusting as it was a truck stop with rooms and unsafe. want a refund - staff understood our concerns and would have refunded but said we need to get it back from booking.com

nothing - did not stay there- not safe environment for women and no access from A36 traveling West. had to drive to the next town and drive back East on A36 to exit to the truck stop which is the hotel. you should I list this property - not worthy of booking.com and misrepresented on your website - would like a refund as we did not stay and traveled considerably further to eventually find suitable accommodation for the night.

Location: easy to reach if driving on the highway. Comfortable room.

No way they can speak English. Breakfast expensive for what was offered. Tried to have dinner but the offer was very poor.
