Hotel Rural La Pedriza Original

Clean, quiet, air conditioning, wifi, television.

The location of the hotel was a bit difficult to find both by foot (from the nearest interurban bus stop) and by car. Maybe a sign on the entrance to the enclave would help. Even with the help of a car GPS, it was difficult.

Lovely large room with good facilities and helpful staff

This is a classic Spanish property: wonderful, dark-wood panelling and furniture. The room was charming with nice antiques and a large bathroom. In the summer there is an outdoor pool.

Staff was very accommodating, arriving promptly to check us in even though we had forgotten to call ahead to let them know when we would be arriving. Air conditioning worked well. Wi-Fi worked well. Easy parking on-site. Very quiet. The location is entirely residential and it's a 10-minute walk to the lively town center.

The bathroom was a bit dark. Water pressure was a bit low. It's a rural hotel, so don't expect an elevator.

Nice sized, very clean rooms. Good air conditioning. Lovely pool and garden area. About a 10-15 min walk into main town. Plenty of onsite free parking. Quiet neighbourhood.Packed breakfast with coffee, juice, croissant.

I guess would be nice to have a more breakfast options.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful place, near the mountains, not far from Manzanares castle.The rooms are big and clean.There is a nice swimming pool and a garden.

There is no fridge in the room. The lamps next to the bed do not give enough light.The same thing on the stairs, not enough light.

Location was pretty good. Breakfast consisted of croissants, butter/jam and drinks left on a tray in the room. We could not find any utensils in the kitchen. We had difficulty getting into the premise. There was no one around. The place looked deserted and run down. We thought it had closed down for business. We finally got in after calling the phone no and getting the instructions from the owner. We had booked two rooms. Our friends’ twin room had the smell of cigarette smoke which they were unhappy about. We would not stay here again.

The location. Staff friendly. Continental breakfast on tray brought to the room each day. Comfortable bed and spacious room

Although hotel advertises deep cleaning not everything was as clean as it should be. Things like remote control and fridge were grubby

The property was quiet, clean and comfortable. They provided coffee and croissants in the room. They were able to stamp my peregrino credencial.

Another guest arrived after the 11pm quiet hours and was staying in the room above. The floor squeaked at every step. Perhaps an area rug in the room above would provide some sound proofing.

Hade a great time The manager is very nice and friendly, had no problems at all Very close to hikes in the area walking distance from the local main area.

The pool was closed, but we didn’t ask if it can be opened ether so it doesn’t really count..

I stayed for one night with my family at the Hotel Rural La Pedriza and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is located very well for hiking trips in the mountains or walks to the city. The service was great, very friendly and accomodating staff!

Very well located for visiting the Guadarrama national park. The visitor centre and car park for La Pedriza is about 1 km from the hotel. Very quiet location. Free parking available. Helpful owners/managers on site though many aspects are DIY. Large dining room and lounge.

The self-catering kitchen facilities need improvement. There were no drawers for storing clothes. The TV was quite small.

The room was clean, comfortable. Nikolai greeted us and was friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help. Location was very convenient. Parking on site for the vehicle as well. Would return.

Large room. There were no problems with hot water. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and the teapot is in the common area. Breakfast is included (milk, juice, croissants, jam, muffin, apple and coffee). Interesting design. It was possible to leave stuff after checking out.

There was no heating and cold floor, but there was air conditioning.

This establishment is outside if town in a nice quiet neighborhood located fairly close to the Guadarama National Park visitors center. It is a half mile to downtown Manzanares. We chose a room with a terrace so we could sit outside at night and star gaze. Very little city light to detract. Communications to get entry are great and room is clean and comfortable with a snack provided. We love it here and hopefully will be back many times
