Location was excellent. Room was big and comfortable.

There were spiders everywhere and we couldn't open windows.The TV didn't work.The price was little high. It is cheaper in Helsinki than in Kassari :)

Spacious apartments, indoor and outdoor kids play area, great breakfast restaurant - neat Scandinavian design - we loved everything about the property, it was lot bigger than we expected, perfect with kids!

The cleanest hotel/stay we have ever been in probably.Very comfortable as well and in a great location.Breakfast was delivered in the room and we loved it.Thank you!

Restaurant was nice and food was good, room was good and quiet.

The jacuzzi did not work, would have appreciated if the restaurant would have been open slightly longer.

Big clean room. Nice for small kids ( high chair, potty). Very responsive staff who took very good care of us.

Mosquitoes

We've been here for the second time already, and this is probably my favourite hotel on Hiiumaa! Their breakfasts are amazing, their staff are very polite, and the rooms are comfortable and air conditioned!

A bubble bath on the terrace probably needs service; we couldn't start it. There are a lot of spiders on the balcony - not a problem for me, but if you're arachnophobic - that might be a problem.

All was good. Location is good not far away from site seeing locations. Of course if you are with the car. Kassari it self is a nice cute area. We liked it for sure

Pillow could be more thicker, but this is honestly my problem.

I liked the atmosphere. Restaurant has big terrasses, breakfast room is large, staff is frendly and helpful.

Breakfast was under my expectations. Lot of items were finished by 9 o`clock. In summer you expect more fresh fruits and vegetables or local food as Hiiumaa has lot of good producers.

The room is comfortable, quite big. Bed was really nice and comfortable. The room was clean.

There is no staff on site, only what felt like a call centre number you can call if you have any questions.Our room had zero air conditioning, so we got to spend the night in a 27C room. We called the call center number where we were promised that the air con will be activated remotely, but nothing ever happened. Zero customer care.The room isn't very sound proof, so expect to hear tour neighbours.

Not their fault (I presume) that there was a lengthy powercut that led us to cut short our stay, but the place was barely open - no restaurant, no sauna, not even reception - and delivering breakfast the day before was not a great way for a sandwich to be fresh

Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Menu in the restaurant for an amateur. Low level breakfast. I was especially surprised that on Sunday the restaurant was simply closed after breakfast) No one informed and there was no information anywhere. The nearest place to have dinner is tens of kilometers away. Complete discrepancy between price and quality. I don't recommend it very much.

Quiet. There are so many beautiful flowers at terraces and balconies.

It would be better to know in advance that there is no room service, it`s the case when you stay more than 1 night. Please water flowers at balconies more frequently! They will be grateful and will flower all summer! Choice at breakfast table can be wider.

Quite new building with clean and spacious rooms. Small balcony was nice although there werw quite a lot spider webs. Restaurant below was nice and offered local food.

Room got quite hot and air conditioner did not work propely. Maybe not the most unique place, more like conference place. Breakfast was ok nothing was surprising.

Room was very nice and comfortable, air conditioner helped to survive the hot weather. Sea was close and the area quiet and nice.
