- The customer service was bad, the place wasn't clean, the soundproofing was terrible, and the value for money was poor. The facilities, including the bedding and bathroom, were also lacking.When we checked in, we were told the breakfast was included, but we ended up being charged 15 euros per person for a few bread rolls, some cheese, and meat. There was no cutlery, and even though it was 45 minutes before breakfast ended, the outdoor seating wasn't even set up with proper seating, as the indoor area was already full. The breakfast was definitely overpriced.There were also half-empty beer glasses and drinks still left out all over the hotel in the morning. By the entrance way of our accommodations and around the breakfast area, and by the time we checked out at after 10am, they still hadn’t been cleaned up.The room had quite a few cobwebs, especially all over the bedside lamps, and while I get that we’re in the countryside, it’s just plain lazy, and really no excuse. The bathroom is also old, rundown, and water leaked everywhere.The worst part was the soundproofing. At 4:30 am, people were blasting music from a portable speaker from outside, and there was no one available on call or at the front desk to help us deal with it.
