The friendly, flexible staff. The hotel was cosy and modrn too. They let me keep my bike. I arrived very late and they were very friendly and helpful.Great breakfast.

No nutella to put in the croissant. Minor problem.

Very modern, close links to the shops, lovely views, friendly staff, nice clean facilities.

Back again after a very short spring visit, the staff as welcoming as ever, new improvement, (there is always something new!), is the addition of two power points for electric vehicles, which I'm sure will come in useful for some.

Nice location next to stream of water for a nice view (if your on the good side).Bed was nice, bathroom was nice, perfect for us for a 2 night stay.

Tasty breakfast, great room facilities, and friendly staff. Great location and best value for money in the valley. It's halfway between Bruneck and Arhtal. Loved the balcony in my room, and the late check in policy is unbeatable for the area! Another great plus is that the bar in the hotel is open until midnight and there are several businesses such as supermarket, and mountain clothing shop within a few steps from the hotel.

There is nothing I did not like. Evertything exceeded my expectations.

Clean, modern hotel close to shops and cafes. They provided secure parking for my bike. Host was very friendly and helpful

Liked everything overall, but the addition of new toilets in the bar area, and new sofa in the room added to the enjoyment of a very short 5 night stay.

It was chilly in the room and the heating wasn´t working.

Celebrating the 10th year of staying at the Hotel Stifter, as always, the welcome was warm and the service was excellent.

There was nothing that I didn't like apart from leaving!

Welcome was warm, as usual, breakfast room completely renovated and patrons and staff respectful of Covid.

My 9th year staying here, and still impressed by the friendliness of the staff, and constant improvements to the hotel, even though they took a hit during COVID lockdowns.

Ran out of crisps in the bar, soon rectified ? Apart from that nothing.
