Kyriad Nancy Sud - Ludres

This is a good option as a stop-over on a long drive north or south. The hotel is very easy to reach from the highway, which is useful when you don't want to mess about with low traffic zones or city street navigation at the end of a long drive. We found the room comfortable and easy-going, if basic as expected. The decor was fairly restrained and the bed was comfortable with (for me) no allergy issues at all. The bathroom was decent and the shower worked well. We didn't stay for breakfast but it seemed popular and from what we saw had the usual options. Because we arrived after midnight we had to phone ahead on the day, which turned out to arrange for our key card to be left out and to get the door code. Fortunately the staff member we spoke to spoke good english and was super helpful (and good humoured). We appreciated that parking was available and included in the price. There are some great bakeries nearby, which make good breakfast and coffee options.

The hotel itself and its location in a commercial area are not glamorous at all, but it is after all a budget hotel. The parking is quite plentiful but was still almost full when we arrived; we grabbed the last space. I would have liked it if the parking was more protected, as we of course needed to leave stuff overnight in our car. That alone would tempt to me return to another hotel where I get charged extra for parking but know that the car is safely hidden underground behind a locked gate.

Bed was comfortable

Bed next to door . No English Channel TV . Tea and coffee facilities sparse . No clear instructions for AC or roller blind . Breakfast was poor .

A comfortable place to stay the night during a trip, very friendly man at reception who was very helpful throughout the stay. Location is good, close to Nancy and not far from the main roads.

the hotel exceeded our expectations, very clean, tastefully decorated and well appointed bedroom with very comfy bed, breakfast was usual continental buffet style but quality of food was excellent and plentiful.the guy on receptions was very pleasant, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.

Gravel, steep sloping carpark entrance was a bit unnerving as we were on heavily laden motorcycles.

Easy location close to motorway with some green areas to walk the dog. Nice man on reception.

Room wasn’t very clean and there were cigarette butts lying in the corridor. I wasn’t sure about the safety of leaving the car full due to lots of people loitering in an overgrown playground next door.

The room was a good size and very comfortable. Quick and easy to find from the motorway.The receptionist was marvellous. I had a slow puncture and she rang a local garage for me and arranged for it to be repaired first thing the next morning - great service. Thank you

Very clean, exceptionally function, comfortable with really helpful and pleasant staff. Lots of parking in a relatively quite part of town. All for a very reasonable price.

Only provided with one towel, but were too lazy to go out and ask for another. Could have done with some more milk for the hot drinks.I little way outside Nancy town centre itself, but lots of nice restaurants around the area and close to the main roads in and out of the city.
