Location and breakfast

Toillets don't have a toilet scrubber.. not very hygienic.

The location is very close to the university. The breakfast buffet was good, the place was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with tissues, shampoo, and body lotion provided. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Since my iPhone plug didn’t fit the European socket, they kindly lent me a suitable adapter.

An iron was only available upon request from the staff.I had booked 4 nights including breakfast and had already paid in full before arriving. However, when I checked in, the receptionist insisted that I pay again for breakfast, even after I showed her my booking details confirming it was included. This was unprofessional. It took 45 minutes before she finally called another staff member, who immediately confirmed that my booking had already been fully paid, including breakfast.This delay caused me to miss my next train from Nancy to Paris.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious and perfect for two adults and two children — plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety to start the day right, and the staff were consistently warm and welcoming throughout our stay.Although the hotel isn’t located in the city centre, it’s well-connected: a nearby bus made it easy to reach the beautiful city of Nancy. Plus, having parking available right in front of the hotel was a great convenience.All in all, a great choice for families — I definitely recommend it. But

Location very good near to motorway. We have stayed in a neighbouring hotel before. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel, including the room, was clean and tidy. Restaurant was very good and we had a good meal included in the price. Breakfast very good.

Perfect stay near the motorway. There is an huge and beautiful park for dog walking nearby, as well as a supermarket/petrol station. Very quiet and secure.

We travelled on the motorway so the location was good for us.Staff was friendly and the hotel is clean. Breakfast was good so overall it was a positive experience.

We didn't have a bin in our room, only had one in the bathroom. Also no kettle or coffee in the rooms.

The staff were doing their best under terrible conditions.

There was no prior notification of pre planned work at the premises. Had there been I would definitely have cancelled prior to arrival.We found on arrival that:1. Workmen were drillng holes into the walls in the corridor outside our room.2. We went outside for a drink in the garden to escape the drilling noise only to find that grounds men were working next to the garden tables with petrol driven machine tools.3. The only decent thing on the snack menu was out of stock.4. On arrival we were told that between 11pm and 5am the water at the premises would be turned off for maintainance. Terrible situation for older people I can assure you.All in all it was the very worst hotel experience of our lives. I would not stay there again if Ibis/Acord paid me.

The bed & pillows was comfortable The bathroom was lovely bright and clean.Car park is secure and minded by a barrier with a code given by reception

Breakfast is charged at 12.50 Euros but there was not a great selection and the scrambled egg was burned, stuck inside the pan on a hot stove.You'll need to wake up early to have some fresh food, otherwise is not great.Coffee machine provided with coffees but we did not like it.

it was near the highway and very handy to get to. it was comfortable, lovely clean bathroom and the staff were friendly
