Exceptionally friendly service, possibility to communicate in English. Very nice area, near the lake

It a cosy place nearby the Bratislava. Restaurant offer delicious food, also vegetarian can enjoy, the collection of Mini Cooper is exceptional, stuff was well mannered and helpful. High level for Slovak standard.

We strongly recommend to improve the quality of the breakfast, more reflect the current rends of modern diets, its still a bit old fashioned.

I have stayed here before as the hotel is well run and has lovely grounds to relax in. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the adjoining restaurant is pleasant with a good choice and great service.

As previously, the hotel caters for many events such as weddings etc. with parties that often go on into the early hours. This can be disturbing if you have an early start and want a good night's sleep. I always make sure that I have ear plugs when staying here. My room was clean and tidy but there was a broken sliding glass door to the bathroom area. The tea/coffee/water available in the room for my arrival did not appear to have been replenished for some time as there was no coffee.

A very beautiful hotel on the outskirts of the city in a wonderful natural environment. The staff was very helpful and very great. Can definitely be recommended

Nice location, cozy rooms, breakfast was fine

just be aware that your room might be located right UNDER the kitchen and the cook apparently likes very loud music, “singing” and banging the pots at 6AM - so if you are not deaf or plan to be out of the hotel by that time demand a room somewhere else

Cleanliness could be a bit better. We saw some hair in the bathroom that should not have been there.

Very nice clean hotel with lovely grounds, a good restaurant and excellent wellness centre. On arrival, I didn't think the staff were particularly friendly or welcoming, but once they know you they were great and very accommodating.

The hotel due to its nice location and lovely grounds seems a popular place for events such as weddings, music concerts etc. 3 out of my 4 nights were affected by loud music going on to the early hours. When you have an early start the next day, that is not great.

Breakfast was fine. Just the chef could include some menu option to order without eggs. Very nice wellness, luxurious. Easy to walk hours around. Nice garden.

Little bit dark rooms and colder temperature in wellness. Good to ask staff to set the sauna.

The only good thing with regard to this hotel is the location.

This hotel is a real tourist trap!The photos at booking.com do not match to the room you will get. They put me instead in a small cabin with a disgusting size. All complain were ignored. I even asked for a cancellation of all further nights - which has been rejected.To be frank and honest: I will never ever stay there again!!!

The reception staff, even the maids were so kind ! Such a great team working in the hotel.
