The room was very clean and quite modern. Beds were comfortable.

An air conditioner would have been nice as it was over 30 degree everyday.

Only for business stay. For sleeping and privacy ok, for holidays totally not. Separate small apartments, but room was damp. Kitchen and bathroom fully equipped and clean. I cannot evaluate staff, I did not see anybody - which is plus point, due to absolute privacy.

You see only trucks from the window, in fact, apartment is inside of the production company.

The location is quiet, room is spacious and clean. Good value for money.

It is difficult to evaluate staff, as there was no staff. Everything was done electronically, but very well.Rooms exceeded our expectations by size and comfort.If we will stay anytime in Lovosice, this accommodation will be our first choice.

The property can be accessed at any point. We arrived by bike late night and were able to enter the property without any trouble.There was also a bike storage place where we could store our bikes and there were bike tools available to use in case of a mechanic problem.

The location is a bit edgy. Outside the city and off the cycle path.During summer there is a ferry that can be used to cross the river from the Elbe cycling route but we came too late and had to cycle to the property on a main road with car traffic over 70km/hour and no cycling path.

Very spacious room. Secured place. Free parking. Some rowdy kids late at night, but they were harmless.

Check in was super easy; despite arriving quite late in the evening. Rooms were very spacious and clean and the bed was super comfy. will definitely stay again if passing through.

No AC and it was a very warm night.

The bed in the apartment was very nice.The apartment was very clean when we arrived.Also it had a big TV,perfect for watching movies.I would recommend.

The entrance to the room was made from half glass.While booking I specified that I prefer a smoking room so I expected a room with a balcony which wasn't fulfilled.

The bad was very big, with a confy matress, the apartmant was big and cleen, with a mini fridge, some cuttlery, a 4 person table, a couch, tv, ac and ammenities, the room has a digital lock with a code provided by the owner, which was very convenient.

The location is in an industrial area, but it was a quiet location, 10 mins walk from the center. The shower was clean, but the water flooded the bathroom a little bit.

the way the owner gave us a new room when we made a mistake in date. she came directly with the car and gave us a new room, with few words, and a great price.

location is somewhat desolate, but really not bad and pretty close walk to city center, in 10 minutes by foot, so no big deal.

Close to the centre. Good for a stopover. It had adjustable beds.

It was a shame that the restaurant was closed.

5 minutes walk to Centrum, 10 minutes to the railway station. Close to both, but not too close to be noisy.

It's in an industrial area, but this did not spoil anything.

the staff wasn’t super attentive and they looked super tired (maybe after the wedding day before). breakfast wasn’t great , no warm stuff at all (like eggs etc)

Friendly staff, lovely restaurant and breakfast. Clean and spacious room.

Room and bathroom was nice, balkony also. Staff was frendly. Nice restaurant. And very important between restaurant and apartman house there is a playground for children.

Not was so easy to find the reception because middle in the restaurant but I don't saw signboard. Also I had no idea how can I leave the room key. I couldn't find something box and also reception was closed and I knew all the time open. Was no paper or something which time open.
