Big room with air-conditioning. Warm welcome from the staff. Good breakfast.

Nice big family room with 3 beds. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great air conditioning.

I feel like the rooms could use a small refrigerator for people traveling with insulin or other refrigerated items. However, the staff did kindly store my insulin in their refrigerator.Had some rowdy people that were loud after 10 pm. But definitely not the fault of the hotel.

The two best things about the room were the climate control and shower. The climate control worked well and was easy to control once you discovered the 'secret' controls under a sliding door on the remote control. The shower temperature was easy to control, had good water pressure, didn't very from hot to cold, and the shower floor was not slippery. Staff was very accommodating in helping adjusting our booking.

No safe, no refrigerator, no hair dryer, parking spaces are too small and you are subject to paint nicks from oversized vehicles. The hotel is on very busy road and the traffic backs up and it is hard to get in and out of the parking area.

I liked that it was spacious. They offer food. There is a parking space and it is close to shopping facilities. It's clean. No hair dryer, bring your own. Nice place, I recommend.

Busy area but fine if you're passing through

The room was exceptionally clean. The location was good with good amenities on the doorstep.

The beds are rock hard. The base is basically a solid piece of wood (no slats or springs), the mattress is equally as solid and makes for a poor nights sleep. That and the fact that there’s a gym underneath the hotel which plays extremely loud thumping dance music from 7am - midnight all day every day! The thumping noise is incessant.

Friendly staff, room and facilities as expected. Clean and tidy.

Gym next door playing music with seemed to vibrate through the whole hotel.

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean, quiet, it's all quite basic but this is what you're paying for - Good value

The staff was werry polite and the room was clean and nice. We were surprised by the size of the room (werry big family room), it is the biggest family room we have booked so far. The B&B is close to the shopping center, Val De Sambre, which was our main goal for the stay. It was really good value for our money.

Shower head was loose and one if the bedlights was not working.

The hotel is located near a shopping center with grocery stores and some restaurants. It is a quiet neighborhood.The room was spacious and clean.

The girl at the front desk of the afternoon/night shift did not speak any English or German and expected us to understand French, reacting very frustrated and rude when we didn't understand her.The 1st room we were offered had working A/C, but the window opened up to the rooftop of the 1st floor, which evidentally was being used by other guests to climb on and smoke, which was reflected by cigarette butts on the roof, as well as a strong smell of smoke in the room.Since the windows only open wide and don't slant, it was also an issue of safety that we decided to ask for another room.The receptionist was still very unfriendly, but found us another room on the opposite side of the floor.This time the A/C was not working and after an argument between the receptionist and the cleaning staff about rooms not being prepared, she offered us another room.Once again the A/C did not work, but since we were tired from the drive we settled and just bought a small fan.To top of the unprofessional behaviour, the same receptionist gave away our room two more times to different guests in the middle of the night and we were woken up by people trying to get into our room and angrily asking us what we are doing in there, so we had to go downstairs and tell the receptionist to stop giving away uor room.Luckily there was a different receptionist there in the morning, who corrected the whole situation after we noticed that the access code to our room did not work anymore because the girl from the other shift changed it after booking new people in there at night.The morning receptionist was very nice, spoke English fairly well and apoligized for the situation.The parking situation is not very good either since there are only a limited amount of spots all together which are also used by customers of the gym and other businesses which are located in the same building.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and so was the bathroom.

Breakfast was a bit poor, but the worst part was that in the morning there was quite a bad smell in the area... which I know is not the hotel's fault, but it has ruined the experience for sure.

Getting awoken at 8.30 in the morning by the cleaning staff and again at 9. I wanted to sleep. Breakfast was not what I expected. Toilet and shower were not clean.

What we really liked was that the hotel was pet friendly, it had a free parking in front and it was very close from shops. The room had also air conditioning. The hotel was enough for us, for 2 nights. The breakfast was also for a good value.

The hotel is in renovation so there is a strong smell of paint. It was not problem or something that bothered us. But for someone with allergies, it might be a problem. Just check before making a reservation. Also, in the room, there was NO SMELL.

Free parking exactly out of the hotel. Very easy check in and out. 4 euro only for the dog and 8.5 euro for breakfast. Breakfast was small variety but more than adequate. Very spacious rooms. On the way to our route in terms of location. Exactly what we needed for a night. Very kind staff.
