Clean and helpful staff good room with a view of the water and pools. Swimming pool area is beautiful. Gave us a huge breakfast pack to take with us as we checked out at 7 am.

overall is a satisfactory hotel, but compared to other alternatives I think that room price should have been less.

Location is outside of Midilli Port, 5 minutes drive from the city center. taxi fare is 10 EUR. nothing to see around the hotel, so if you like charm of the city you should choose a closer hotel.

Breakfast was not very good

The location was very good and the staff of the hotel very friendly and helpful.

The problem with this hotel was the noise that was coming from the people using the pool. The pool operates freely from 11:00 to 10:30 every day and the rooms are all surrounding the pool. The noise doesn’t allow for some test during the day.And another thing I did not like was the cats moving freely in the area of the pool to the point that I couldn’t enjoy a drink or a meal by the pool without having cats jumping on the table.

Heliotrope is a nice property perfectly located close to the airport and town of Mytilini. It is always clean and well maintained and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The pool is also very nice with comfortable sun beds and lots of table seating in the shade. There is a great view of the sea and the sunrise is always magestic (great road to go for a morning run). We often use this hotel as a stop over in Mytilini before heading to other parts of the island or the night before our departure. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean.

Room was clean and well equipped. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was also well prepared with a lot of choices.

Air cons should be regularly checked and cleaned. There is a public beach nearby but there was no sunbed provided by the hotel, but its still ok.

Breakfast and pool was nice, Rooms are big and spacious. but needs to be updated.

Old bathrooms and needs to be updated, Located abit out of the way from city Mitilene town. Must have a car or taxi.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms & swimming pool, great sea view, all-you-can-eat breakfast, quiet and family-friendly atmosphere, fast internet, cold & hot water in the shower, working A/C, 5-min-away location from the city centre (port) by car, bus stops right in front of the hotel. They even let us check out a little longer and stay in the pool area after check-out. What else could I ask for? This amazing crew deserves the best! Efcharisto for the hospitality ❤️

There’s not a single negative thing that I can mention.

The employees were very friendly, caring and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool is small but very clean. The location of the rooms is good, I think most rooms have sea and pool views. I ate from the snack bar and it was delicious. Everything was perfect.

AC Not Working

We stayed 2 nights at the Heliotrope Hotel. The air conditioner in the room was not working. We informed the reception, but they didn't fix it.

Very convenient overnight stop on arriving late to Mytillene.

Breakfast was just OK- reasonable choice but strange ambiance
