It looked very clean and very new, only the keycard to the rooms looked used

A little far out from the city, so car rental is needed, but the hotel makes it easy

Spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, and a well-equipped bathroom. Our room had three closets, making it easy to organize luggage, along with dedicated spaces for bags. At the reception area, they offer complimentary healthy and tasty juices — today’s was a refreshing mix of cucumber, mint, and lime, while yesterday’s was watermelon. There’s a large parking area, and the resort has a beautiful design. Massage sessions are also available at the hotel. Special thanks to the hotel team — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They made our stay even more enjoyable.

Clean property, great location and excellent service. Every single person working there is doing there best to make your stay a unique one.

The room is huge, the breakfast is good, and the staff is helpful. The cleanliness may be improved but it was ok.

The island is big, so the location is a bit far from the most beautiful beaches and attractions. But it is close to the downtown and airport (if you are using it).

The rooms and pool area were very nice

We found the restaurant service to be polite but not very efficient. Our orders took a long time to arrive, and some items were missing and never brought out. Additionally, the pool bar was not consistently open. Overall, it seems the hotel could benefit from having more staff in the restaurant. In addition, I had ordered two salads and left them covered on the countertop in my room to eat later, but when the cleaning staff came in, they threw them away without asking. When we returned to the room to eat our salads, we found they had been taken away, even though the restaurant was closed at that time and we had no other food options. The cleaning staff should ask first, and if unsure, they should not remove covered food from a guest’s room.

We had a great stay! The staff was very kind and helpful throughout. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. We did home office during the day and enjoyed the beautiful beach in front of the hote. The internet was fast and reliable, which made working remotely easy. We were so happy with everything that we extended our stay for an additional week. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel near Mytilene. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is more than adequate. Although the swimming pool can get a bit crowded at times, it’s understandable. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. We definitely recommend this place.

You’ll need a car to take daily trips around the hotel, but rental options are easy to find on the island.

The rooms were so clean and beautiful with a sea view. They even provide vegan stuff for breakfast, vegan cake was so delicious and everything was super fresh because they were bringing it as it was finished, hope they continue to do so. The stuff was really helpful and nice.

All was great.... Location, room size, view from room, facilities, people... I also ecperienced Spa treatment and provided massages were wonderful. If I remember correctly massagist called Akita is quite expert and she is an added value to hotel's SPA center... Would like to visit again during summer season...

Everything was very nice and brand new hotel with very nice design and furniture. The room was the size of a suite and very comfortable and clean.

The only problem was the distance to Mytilini the closest city and there are no restaurants, bars or convenience stores near the hotel. It is in a very quiet and remote location.

People are nice who work there

SPA is not included. You'll have to book it in advance, unfortunately, the time is limited. It's not that 5-star SPA experience that I used to see in other places.

Great location. Very relaxing atmosphere. Kind service. The food served in the restaurant was delicious.

We had to pay to use the indoor pool, which was only for half an hour. There's nothing close by to spend time in the evenings or buy your needs.

Spectacular modern room away from the hustle and bustle. Buffet breakfast was amazing as was the relaxing massage we had. Our massage therapists Irini and Alketa were fabulous. Such a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The restaurant food was amazing.

Wasn't particularly impressed with the reception staff as they didn't come across as very warm or helpful.

Entirely modern facility, everything worked perfectly and was in perfect condition. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Extremely convenient for the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The newly renovated rooms were a highlight – modern, clean, and very comfortable. The entire hotel had a fresh, new feel to it, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

I was quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The management seemed unprofessional, and although the staff tried their best, it was clear they weren't properly trained. My massage, which I had booked in advance, was unexpectedly canceled. Additionally, I found it frustrating that you have to pay to use the indoor pool, and there was no iron available for guest use. The parking area was very dusty, which wasn’t ideal. While the breakfast was tasty, the options were quite limited. Overall, there’s room for improvement in several areas.
