Staff was excellent, clean and spacious cabin, pools were great, on-site restaurant was outstanding, and great breakfast with many options. And then there are the views! Another huge thank you to the staff- everyone went out of their way to make our family feel welcomed.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like- fantastic stay.

The two level room was perfect for a family of two adults and two children, and provided privacy for the parents after the kids were a sleep. The pool is small but vey clean and nice. The small animal farm was entertaining for the kids.

The hotel is quite distant from other place. about 15 minutes to the nearest beach.In the main restaurant the service was slow, but the food was ok.

We were disappointed to find that the hotel did not match the photos or description shown online. The furniture in our room was worn and damaged, the shower had very weak water pressure, and there was no hot water. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and the general maintenance of the property — both indoors and outdoors — was quite poor, with exposed pipes and a lack of cleanliness.We had originally booked five nights but decided to leave after two due to these issues. Unfortunately, the hotel was not willing to refund us for the remaining nights, which was very disappointing. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

No glassware in rooms, too many starving cats hang around rooms, this is a farm they should feed their cats

A variety of pools, nice staff who want to help.

We were in the villa complex, there were ants in the kitchen all the time. The water flow was really weak. The furniture is outdated. It doesn't seem to have been renovated like the rooms in the hotel complex.

The view was amazing! The staff super helpful. The pool really nice.

Breakfast isn’t great. Also the directions on Booking are wrong…need to follow the sign on the map

Hosts were fantastic! Location was great. We'll definitely bring large groups here again. Wonderful, quiet place to stay with quick access to ATH and not far from Athens center...

The view is breathtaking, our room are spacious and gave us privacy, farm animals were well kept and the whole estate was very clean.

The whole complex and the nature

Some tiny details like absence of teacups and just one glass in a double room. And that hand towels were missed one day. But the staff was very helpful and nice

The farm was the highlight - clean, well-maintained, and home to a great variety of animals, making it an enjoyable experience for both kids and adults. The staff was consistently helpful both before and during our stay, adding to the overall experience. The restaurant and café-bar area were also nice —spacious, with a beautiful view and excellent coffee. Overall, the surrounding area and the variety of activities make this a great option for a small family getaway.

While the facility is new and has a modern appearance, the room we stayed in felt somewhat rushed in its completion. The furniture quality was noticeably lower compared to other parts of the complex, and there were some unfinished details. Additionally, the playground, basketball, and football areas could use some improvements, as they aren’t fully functional or as enjoyable as intended.

Location

Staff unfriendly, shower clogged, ac loud sounds like tractor, no winter blankets in February. We were the only guests in the hotel, very unpleasant. No coffee or tea in room. When we asked for coffee and tea , they charged us.Took 30 minutes before we got our breakfast after ordering.

The personnel was friendly and kind. The room was great with big bed. Great view to swimming pool and the sea.

I like the remote location as it is quiet. The staff are very friendly and there are lots of friendly cats. Animal pet zoo for kids, parking, pool and adequate breakfast.

I think they need to put a sign not to drink the water from the tap. I normally drink tap water but this one was weird. I only noticed after drinking that it is not the usual ‘cold’ tap water as it was lukewarm. Then later that day I had diarrhea. Not entirely sure if it’s from the water but if not, it’s must be from the breakfast. I don’t know…

Beautiful pool and terrace, nice family rooms (upstairs and downstairs split)

Very average breakfast. Partly warm dishes served cold. Decent amount of choices but all items rather basic in taste.In October, nearly empty hotel, so no “flair”.Rooms were very noise sensitive, the one night we had neighbors it was rather loud. Animals are rather sad. All in rather worn down cages. Wasn’t a good experience for my kids.

We booked this hotel as a rest stop between meteora and Athens after a long trip in north of Greece. We really enjoyed our stay there, the rooms were big and spaicous, the breakfast was good, the children were over joyed to visit the animals at the farm near the hotel. We saw they are even growing some of their vegetables there..15 min drive there is a beautiful bay area with many restaurants. Lastly , staff is very friendly and helpful.
