I liked the cleanliness of the room.

The room smelled of mildew likely because there is not much ventilation.

Clean room, great breakfast with a lot of selection of breads, pastries, yogurt, meats and fruit.

Having to pay for parking.

Value for money. Very professional, clean, nearby parking, good beds, big TV screen. The breakfast is serving good food. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers. Also others, although it is maybe not very romantic.

New Hotel, clean, friendly staff.

Rooms way to small for the price, beds are too small for 2 people, no room for luggage of 2 travellers. All in all overpriced.

Nice decoration of the rooms and staircase!

the reception/restaurant looks like a company self service. The service in the restaurant is slow and the food just fast food. I was sick all night!

Disappointing Stay with Notable Exceptions.

The man at check-in was excellent – friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff came across as unmotivated and unfriendly. The room felt cold and looked like a hospital. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. The breakfast area was loud and chaotic, with many children running around unsupervised. Overall, disappointing.

The stay was pleasant and the room was very clean. Marco was very helpful as well, as we left something behind when we left and he was kind enough to send it over by Post.

They took my credit card as guarantee for the night, and withut asking they charged it in the morning for the city taxes.

clean. great breakfast. for our needs, location excellent. the bus stop is 100m away - it’s free with the Ticino card so stop fussing that the hotel is not in Ascona or Locarno. you are exactly equidistant from both. 10 min ride and you are where you need to be

the entrance is funny; wonder why they decided to tuck it away in a dark little side street. no bike stands at the hotel itself so it’s not secure to leave a bike here.

New, clean, good breakfast and spacious room.

The room needs a real temperature control as we couldn’t reduce the room high temperature. The hotel is not close to Locarno center and you need to use public transportation.

We really loved the bed. It was really comfy. Our room was simple but nicely decorated and equipped. Breakfast was also nice, we enjoyed the stay besides the process of check-in and personal at the reception.

Our check-in took around 20 minutes, way too long ? Firstly, receptionist said, she doesn't have my reservation. She didn't speak english fluently, neither german which also made whole check-in harder. She had difficulties with answering my simple questions. The other guy at the reception was unfriendly and arrogant.

The facilities and the breakfast were excellent also the location was ok ,the staff were helpful and cooperative they have multi lingual staff also having Magros supermarket almost attached to hotel ,door in front of the door

Although there is a big parking space and is used also by clients of Magros but the cost of parking is. exgaurated and unfair in my opinion

Poor reception; arriving at precise check in time of 1500 hrs to be told our room was not ready and that no indication could be given when it would be!The receptionist needed persuading to organize an alternative (smaller) room that had been made ready, but offered no reduction in price.

Very clean and modern hotel. Newly built in the last year. Staff were friendly. Excellent breakfast. It's a functional hotel which could be anywhere in the world. It's a bit of an odd building, but sleep quality is good. The Migros supermarket is literally 5 metres from the entrance so you can buy anything you need.

I had a bicycle with me and it would have been nice to park next to the hotel; instead it seems you have to park in the exposed Migros car park about 100m away.

New hotel , newly built building. Staff was welcoming, good service, breakfast was average, could be better, more warm variaties. Everything is fresh, clean, smart design.

The cleanest hotel we have stayed in a while !! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and very professional! The breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable!

There is nothing not to like. And I don’t say that lightly
