- We booked the hotel because we wanted to relax and use the sauna & spa. At the hotel they said we needed to pay and the spa was booked out but there were only a few guests staying at the hotel. Also a dog ( from the distance) barked the whole night so we didn’t get any sleep. It was terrible-
- Access at the SPA wasn´t included as we were expecting. The maintenance of their gardens were very poor. We were expecting higher quality at their kitchen.

that it wasn’t written in English that the price for spa non included. it was written in Italian version as they have showed after. but for this point all good opinion about the place was destroyed .
The hotel realised it was my wedding anniversary and made a special presentation of petals on my bed
amazing location
two things: 1) it took more than one hour to get the food at d restaurant and with an hungry kid it is not fun at all! 2) the family suite we booked is separated from the next room through a simple door (god’s thank locked!). if you have a loud neighbor, which happened to us last year, it is really annoying. For the price it is not acceptable: concept must be definitely changed!
The hotel and the rooms are beautiful, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, the views from the rooms breathtaking, the rooms spotless and comfortable. The pool is very clean and pleasant. Perfect place for a perfect holiday.
