It was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff helpful.

Plenty of parking in front. Quiet location. Very nice room - well designed.

No restaurants in the immediate area.

It's a nice hotel. We liked it. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast. Room, a bit small but comfortable and had everything we needed. Our room faced the road but there was no noise. It was 10 mins by car to Bastai. Parking is included and it's great) we definitely recommend!

We thought the price was a bit high. Sauna is included but worked from 15-18, we did not have time to go))No lift, suddenly for someone it is important.There are no places to eat nearby. There is no kettle in the rooms and no hot water in the lobby or on the floor. But you can ask and they will give you hot water of course)We knew about it and our impression is not spoilt)

The room were really nice and spacious. The saunas were good and breakfast was great.

It's a bit noisy since it's near the road but I should say that I'm really sensitive.

Beautiful hotel with excellent location, very close to National Park Sächsische Schweiz, delicious breakfast, cozy room without noise, enough parking space, great stuff.

The hotel has parking lot. It is also near in Bastei Bridge. The room has aircon, fridge and huge toilet. The room is also clean and staff were friendly

Mostly the breakfast. The Bread wasn't fresh, and i burned myself on the hot water apparatus, that thing is dangerous.

Wouldn’t stay in Lohmen again,there was a sense of deserted village,no shops,no restaurants,it was unreal to find a place to eat after 7pm,had to go to Rathen or Pirna for a dinner.

Carpets were a bit dated…and it wasn’t near any places to eat. For those without a car: a bit of a challenging location.

The hotel virtually meets the four stars quality, because this is modern, cosy, clean, you find everything what you need. But...The breakfast is very rich and high quality. Lohmen located very near to Bastei, Königstein, Pirna, Dresden, therefore ideal starting point for visiting cultural and natural places.

The first bad surprise, that none of the staff spoke in English when we arrived, between 3 PM and 4 PM, as it was required.It took more than 10 minutes, when the guy and the lady at the reception desk found our reservation... Then, we got a room, where neither the refrigerator nor the TV worked (we needed the frigo, this is why we discovered the problem immediately). When the reception guy understood the problem (not easily), we immediately got another one, even he didn't check whether my statement was true or not...It was no kitchen, even booking.com offered the hotel with restaurant. No problem, but nobody alerted us in advance. The nearest restaurant is in Pirna, 7-8 km far, which is a very nice city, but as it's a popular target of tourists, it's not easy to find free tables at dinner time.Later we found some smaller problems: handkarchief was not supplied just two days later after the box emptied in the bathroom, lightbulb didn't work at the desk etc., but as the presence of English speaking staff was random, we couldn't claim replacement etc.
