- We were upgraded and got a bigger room than expectedThe facilities are quite good, a pity about the lack of cleanliness
- The staff is really kind.
- to be truly honest the hotel is wonderful and in the middle of countryside in very nice location.but if you look at name Bioterme please sure to find very older people into the 08 pools with hot water, I was not disappointed but I would think to be in modern spa that it is but it's more for rehab of old people with all my respect.the hotel is wonderful, the rooms are incredible nice and big and good breakfast.
Cons -
- The pool area does not appear very clean with green moss and black marks everywhere..the type that a high pressure cleaner could get rid ofIn addition, there doesn't seem to be a limit to the number of people they accept so the jacuzzis were crowded, not very invitedFood is not great at the buffet
- Breakfast was very average. I think there is some room fo improvement regarding room cleanliness.
