We had a one night stop here - amazing value with excellent breakfast. Located right on the lake around 10 mins drive from Nysa. There’s a terrace with bar and restaurant overlooking the water - very nice.
They did not have too many guests so they offered individual breakfast sets with plenty of options. The place is beautifully set on the Nysa lakeshore with a view of the mountains in the distance. A nice morning view from the room. A lengthy parking lot was one of the important points for choosing this place. Nearly no hotel in Nysa has a free or dedicated parking. I was there on a stopover on my business trip but it would be a great place for a weekend holiday break.

In general I'm happy with the stay.
My room was above the restaurant so it was a bit noisy due to some loud customers and music that was played there. This can become a problem if you like to have some quiet time but you are unable to close the window due to the temperature outside (no air-condition in the room).
The location is very good. Great view of the lake. The area is clean and green. The restaurant downstairs has good food. Their local fish (Sandacz) was very delicious. The breakfast was good.
There is no beach to enter the lake. The walls are very thin. We got very inconsiderate neighbors and we could hear EVERYTHING. We had to increase our TV volume to avoid listening to them. Bed and Mattresses were squeaky. Hairdryer wasn't working.
Everything was just fine. Very clean. Great staff.
