nice designed and spacious hotel, super friendly and helpful staff (with the best restaurant tip!), beautiful environment. when we were locked out of our room due to technical issues, we were offered free drinks and dinner and staff did everything they could to solve and make our waiting time as comfortable as possible

the spa....the sauna didn't get warmer than 50/60 degrees celsius and if you'r unlucky staff turns it on only when your booking starts - and it takes 45min for the sauna to heat upthe hamam did not work....no steam at al...also not after staff 'fixed' itfirst time we went to the spa the bubble bath was coldwe could not use the outdoor pool

The view, the staff and the restaurant were all excellent.

The deluxe room was very very cold and the sheets were very thin offering no heat, nothing was done to mitigate both the room temperature or the thin sheets. There was a constant noise that prevented any rest and was justified that by 9 in the evening it would go away. For a deluxe room there was very little deluxe. For the indoor spa part you had to request for both the inside pool and jacuzi to be used and what time so they could turn everything on, still had to wait over 10 minutes for them to turn the jacuzi on. The breakfast was not buffet and was on demand. The reason given was that there were not enough guests in the hotel. If that's so then just publish on the page that facilities are reduced during winter.

Quiet location, well-integrated architecture with the landscape, nice pool and spa. Good parking facilities with charging stations.

The carpets in the rooms and corridors were already somewhat dirty and difficult to clean. No extra pillows available, which is unusual for a 4-star hotel.

I filed a complaint Order number 4518407432Reservas | Tempus Hotel & SPAI only stayed for 1 day and I also wanted to leave on the same day.Due to my complaint, the hotel is willing to cancel one day I also sent you a confirmation for 1 day only!I will ask for a refund of The hotel decided to lie to Booking and laugh at the tourist instead of making a refund and closing the problem Give me ridiculous offers An hour in the spa after everyone else is leaving is ridiculous I paid full price for the hotel and not an hour in the spa!I hope the hotel will really want to keep the name and the stars !!!!And not rob tourists

Good morning, my name is Oren. I am in Portugal on my honeymoon and I booked a hotel for two days at the Tempus Hotel and Spa, and the hotel, which claims to be a calm place and a spa full of children and access to the spa and pool, were not available for us to relax from the hotel facilities. As soon as we arrived, we asked to cancel a night, but since the reservation was made with you, the hotel asked us to do it through you and then they could confirm it. We are staying for another week and are making additional reservations on Booking.com. We would be happy to be refunded for the extra night we paid. Thank you very much, Oren

Landscape is gorgeous. Breakfast is nice. Utilities are good.

That in Hotel & Spa you need to pay for towels and rope. After that name sound like a joke. It makes you feel this hotel cheaper, than it is.

The room was big and comfortable. Also very quiet.The breakfast was Excellent.Location superb !

The restaurant/breakfast was very cold.We reported to the receptionist, which replied they were aware of the issue. It will be fixed soon.

Very little details that need a bit of renovation and maintenance. The staff is super helping and cheerfulalways but we notice they are small in number so almost everytime we saw them taking carr of multiple responsibilities. A tiny tilt in management would help!

Dinner in the restaurant was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Views are beautiful.

Breakfast was disappointing. There was no one to help with your bags to your room upon arrival or when you are leaving. We have travelled many places and for the price the rooms are very disappointing. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, carpets are dirty. The pool chairs are very cheap, old and uncomfortable and the plastic would buckle with the heat

Hotel ongoing construction, starting in the morning, no notice was given to the guests.Breakfast items not replenished even though we had to inform on the night before if we were going and at what time.Hotel staff not helpful or considerate.

The room was excellent, good size, clean and comfortable. The spa facilities and pool were really nice, always crowded but very good. Nice breakfast service.

The bed was nice and the staff was helpful when we asked. The view was good.

- a lot of things in the room didn't work. E.g. phone, hairdryer, etc - I paid for the romantic package but the bottle of fizzy rose was in the fridge when we arrived and not in an ice bucket as I expected. When I did ask for one, rather than delivering it to our room, they asked me to request it from the restaurant - There wasn't anyone overseeing the spa meaning that people weren't abiding by the rules. E.g. kids being relatively loud in the pool - I would usually expect the towels to be replaced but they were not

The surroundings are beautiful, in the middle of nature. The spa facilities are very good, the restaurant is also great. The beds are beyond comfortable, best sleep guaranteed. The staff is very friendly too.

The hotel needs a bit of refurbishment, that’s the only note I’d say.

The main bed was really good, the receptionist was very helpful on the arrival and the location was as expected and the breakfast was on a really pleasant space with a great view.

The Room was good, but we did found two dust centipede and the sofa bed was not straight, it was not comfortable and had only one pillow for two kids.

Nice spa available and is included in the costs. Plenty of available parking. The hotel is close to the villa.Hotel rooms are very spacious.Hotel staff was friendly.

To access the spa you have to go from the hotel room floor with your bathing suit on to the bottom spa floor, almost having to go through the reception and having to go by the breakfast/restaurant room (if your room is on the reception floor) and the hotel doesn't provide robes. Wifi and cellular reception is very limited and sometimes non existent. Water at the spa was somewhat cold.

Good spa center, required booking during our visit, but very easy to make and use. Nice water temperature in the pool and in jakuzzi. Nice view and surroudings.

Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is fine. Good location. Nice views, though it's odd the room balconies don't face the best view!

Hotel is in serious need of a major refurbishment: stained carpets, moldy bits around the bathroom door, cracked door glass in restaurant, saw bugs in my room. This is such a lovely hotel in a way and I'm sure it was amazing in its day, but it really needs refurbishment. Bath wasn't clean. I didn't use the spa as it didn't seem pleasant.

Overall the hotel was good with very nice staff ready to help us and we enjoy the time spent there!

What could be better were the drinks such vinho verde. They weren't fresh enough due to a technical failure in the fridge.
