I like the staff. They were really accommodating and friendly. Very effecient and helpful.Breakfast was very good. Alot of choices.

Totally in need of renovation. Bath cubicle was disgusting. The molds as tall as I am. The furnitures were so old (probably 80s or even older) need barnishing.Called and emailed the hoyel a lot of times butno success. Now i got an automated Email thanking me for my stay.Reception : The other Family i traveled with also complained about their dissatisfaction and even got a 20% discount on their next stay, but i didn't get any, eventhough i complained. Keep saying "unterschiedlich" ( varying ). Maybe it's because I'm not German looking or just simple that she didn't care.

Not much...its OK but I wouldn't go back as a couple.

The staff were pretty miserable as the place is set for coach loads of tourists. It almost felt that individual couples were tolerated rather than welcome. Dinner is at set times and set tables, whilst they give you an information sheet on arrival, there is a lot to read....which is boring, they dont bother to tell you the details on arrival. We won't be back.

Location, tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms.

Lack of parking lots, chaotic reception.

Hotel looks nice in classic german style. NO ENGLISH hotel. It looks very airy. It has lot of parking spaces in front of hotel or hotel has own garage for parking. Hotel has two parts, which are connected together. There is swimming pool outside. But we didnt use it. Hotel has some spa, but we didnt use it too.The first contact with recepcitionist was not good. We arrived after 18pm and the man didnt speak english at all, only german. This was my worst experience with welcoming ever! We didnt understand anything. If you are not able to find staff with english language, it will be good to have prepair welcoming paper in english, not in german as well again. We had small room in the 2.floor under the roof. The room was very dark and "at the end of hotel". The roof is inclined, so the person who sleep on the side to window must be very carefully, because there is possibility to hit your head. Bed is soft, and blankets are good for cold winter weather. Bathroom has everything what you need - shower gel, shampoo, hand cream, hair drier.I expected more better breakfast for this type of hotel. Dining room is very nice with modern furniture, you can eat also outside. You can choose tomatoes, cucumber, 2 types of salami, 4 types of cheese, 3 types of ham, some meat with onion, fresh cheese and two types of pate, sausages, bratwurst, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, musli, dried fruits and 3 types of sweets. Sweets are not good, classic pastery from the shop, no german cakes and strudel. Everything on small plates which are immediately empty.The coffee from machine is wonderful. We used the hotel bar. Barman was very friendly man.

Pet friendly. Updated pool. Beautiful view

Friendly staff. The temperature in the rooms was realy cosy. Comfortable matresses!! Smart kids activity (riddle&colouring book) to keep them busy throughout their stay.

Pool was very small and there were only a few chairs to sit around. Also, the dinner buffet was lacking variety and the portions were very small if you ate a la carte, which we did.

Food in the evening buffet was not tasty enough and the choice was poor for a relatively high price.

the hotel was quite old. renovated but with cheap materials. outside nothing special around the hotel. the only thing worth it is that it is in a very good location and the food was very good

The hotel is outdated and has a musty smell to it. The staff were not that friendly. The website states there is free parking but if all the free parking is taken and you have to park in the garage you have to pay 4€ per day which is not advertised on the website. There are also not enough park spaces available.We payed for meals to be included but it was not correctly advertised that the evening meal did not include water or coffee for free. That would cost extra.

Very friendly staff, always ready to help, especially at the restaurant! Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfasts were very good, wide choice of vegetables and fruits, fresh bread, different types of cheese and ham, cereals, tasty omelette a d sausages. Coffee was also very tasty. Dinner buffet was also beyond the expectations, especially on Friday and Saturday evening: fish, meat, chicken, vegetables, wide range of desserts, soup of the day - very delicious! The bar is very cosy, nice choice of drinks and cocktails. The Spa area was amazing as well: warm enough swimming pool, two big saunas, the massage was very relaxing and professional: the best I’ve ever tried at the hotels! The location is very good-many skiing slopes nearby, just 5-10 min by car. Enough space for parking a car. Even when the hotel is full of guests, the staff is very quick and always try to help with everything!!!

The vacuum cleaner was strangely working in the corridor every morning at 7 o’clock also on Sunset- this was little disturbing

Breakfast was great. Rooms are nice and location is majestic. This is the second visit and would definitely love to return back, if able to.

All good, nothing to specify. However, reception is un attended after 8

Pool and sauna are excellent.bar at Night is super to have and kids corner is good

dinner buffet might be good if had vegetarian options
