I was disappointed by the unclean bathroom and floor and curtains.

Late arrival, unfriendly staff, no drink available

Staff is pleasant and polite. Food in the restaurant is good. Breakfast is ok.

The mattresses in the room are impossible to sleep on, soft like jelly, while pillows are very hard. Rooms are extremely outdated and worn out, lots of damages. Fridge did not work in my room. I could not adjust the room temperature - it was hot in the room, I turned the heater all the way down, but it still stayed hot (I assume regulator is broken). Drinks in the restaurant are too expensive.

Very quite location, few people, so no disturbance from any person if you like the calm. Great dinner in the restaurant with nice see view. Acceptable breakfast and helpful personnel. Confy bed and blankets. Bathtub, towels, soap available. In general an acceptable hotel for a short business trip.

The curtains are not really blocking the sunlight and the sunset is very late in summer, so think about having a sleepmask. It was a bit fresh in the room during the nights and the heater was not working. The hotel is quite old (not as shown in the pictures), but is fully ok. The rate is quite expensive for such 3 stars hotel, but that’s the Norwegian standards…

Hotel urgently needs renovation. Rooms are worn out and slightly smelly.

staff very friendly, from reception, bar to dinner room.. had great fish dinner with gratin dauphinois potatoes combined with great views of the fjords

Close position to the ferry going Annaland.. skipavik... spacious rooms, cosy homelike feeling. Had a superb sleep which is rather unusual

WIFI was good, restaurant breakfast was good and evening food was good, staff were pleasant and friendly, location was nice and peaceful and convenient for Mongstad industry area. people mentioned the beds were uncomfortable before i arrived however i slept well.

the property is very old and could really do with a facelift, there were limited sockets to connect laptops and chargers, the shower in the bathtub worked well but were slippery and may not work for guests with less mobility than myself.

Love the place, the wiew and good food.

The hotel has a great location with a view over the sea and lower mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was good and breakfast and dinner were good.

When we entered the room it smelled stale and in the bathroom you could smell the sewer because the room wasn’t use some time. It was also not clean. Dead moths and flies behind the curtain. The room felt outdated and needs renovation.

- Excellent breakfast, with very friendly staff that could adjust your request when it comes to breakfast options.- Amazing view from my room, heading the fjords and the back yard. I was also lucky to have had a sunny stay all the way. - Free parking with plenty of spaces, just in front of the hotel. - The hot tub in my bathroom was very helpful after a hard day work.

- Wi-fi tends to drop when too many people connected. This happened several times during my 11 days stay. I guess could be an easy fix with a more powerful wi-fi router.
