- Very pleasant and professional registration staff. She greeted us with a smile, explained all important details, and engaged our kids in picking activities for the stay. Thank you! First impressions really do make a difference.Very comfortable accommodations, professional staff at registration and restaurant, delicious food at the restaurant, and beautiful surroundings.
- Peaceful setting, pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable
- The resort far exceeded all expectations. Our group booked one of the cabins and we were blown away by the amenities, onsite restaurant and spa. The grounds were quiet, clean and everything was easily accessible. The spa was a fantastic way to finish our trip, very relaxing. The beds were comfy and the cabins quite spacious. The only downside was not being able to stay longer!
Cons -
- Some of the equipment for enjoying water activities was broken (under inflated paddle board, broken pedal on a pedal boat).
- But then, reality hit. We didn't just dislike a few things; it felt like a comedy of errors. Let's start with the restaurant. Apparently, we look so Lithuanian that the waitress didn't even bother asking before tossing two Lithuanian menus at us and disappearing like she was late for a race. Chasing her down for English menus was just the start of the adventure. The food was priced like it was straight out of a gourmet kitchen, but the quality? Hilarious. My burger bun was so crunchy and dry that I wondered if they had a secret stash of buns aging for weeks just for me. The meat patty was almost a joke—so small that I had to double-check if they accidentally served me a kids' meal. If they're going to charge those prices, maybe hiring a chef who knows what "fresh" means would be a good start. And the SPA... We were thrilled to enjoy the steam sauna for all of five minutes before moving on to the dry sauna—only to discover it was about as warm as a chilly autumn day. I mean, it’s called a dry sauna, not a cold sauna, right? We honestly wondered if someone forgot to turn it on. As for the swimming pool, it was so tiny that it was fully occupied with just five people. We were left standing there, wondering if we had stumbled into someone's oversized bathtub. As if that wasn't enough, there’s almost no phone reception, and the Wi-Fi is as slow as molasses. So much for catching up on any work—unless, of course, you’re trying to write a novel by candlelight. And no fridges in the rooms? In this day and age? Surely, that’s a feature, not a bug.We definitely won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other places that know how to provide real value for money, and this isn’t one of them.
- The lake needs to be clean. Was not possible to walk in.

The Spa was awesome and a lovely outlook to the water. Lots of water activities to do. The food was delicious at the restaurant. Great service
We enjoyed our stay. SPA area is not big, but nice, and robes were included. Breakfast was superb, good variety and tasty. Other activities available at the venue - bikes, tennis, volleyball. Nice beach by the lake.
We really enjoyed the beautiful location, stunning views, and lovely outdoor facilities. Everything was nicely built, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The lady at reception was a gem—she welcomed us warmly and explained everything with such enthusiasm that we almost forgot where we were.

The location. The rooms were nice.
The lake needs to be clean. Was not possible to walk in.
BreakfastLots of activitiesLiked our room this time
Sauna works in the evening only and temperature way lower than written on the doorTable tennis goneChildren creating mess in spa areaSunbeds area next to the lake is not managed (people leaving towels, not possible to order drinks etc)
I loved absolutely everything about this place, starting from the location next to the beautiful lake to the extremely helpful and friendly staff. We were roadtripping around and looking for an accommodation for the night, found this place accidentally and were blown away by the services. We probably had the smallest room but it was still spacious and comfortable, very clean. The place itself offers many activities - tennis, basketball, football, you name it. You can go paddle boarding, kayaking, take a row boat on the lake. There is a small outdoor gym. Bikes available for kids. There is a nice beach setup next to the lake with comfy chairs, hammocks. The place is beautiful to just walk around, too.It also has a restaurant with great service and great food. And of course the saunas and jacuzzi were just amazing after a long day.We only spent one day there but definitely going back!
That we only had one day there
Beautiful location… clean and comfortable accomodation…amazing, helpful and friendly staff…in particular Siggy the receptionist who was wonderful…
Clean and modern apartment. Very cozy and comfortable. Good sauna. Very maintained and beautiful territory around.Supportive and friendly staff.
Too small fridge for such an apartment especially if you are traveling with larger family. Not the most pleasant smell of tap water.Car parking is relatively far from cottages. Could be a bit inconvenient when carrying your belongings. However, staff is always willing to help :)
It was a 5 star nature experience. Everything was perfect- staff, the food, the room. Many activity options.
Great location, nice view. Awesome nature. Well equipped.
Beautifull place. Very nice room, spacious, comfortable bed.high quality.
Slide doors to bathroom.
location in the nature, georgeous vicinity, lakes and woods, stork nests on the farms nearby ... Large comfortable room, very good restaurant, private access to a swimming beach on a tranquil lake, very good spa facilities (but please pay attention to the children playing very loudly in the facilities ..)
being locked in in the morning when I wanted to take a walk to see the migrating cranes !! the rodenticide in the stairs in a natural reserve location ....poison to all the food chain, including protected prey birds ...
The place was relatively clean. The room we got allocated was a double rather than a twin as per our booking. The room they changed into was really small. We thought that it was falsely advertised due to its size.
The room was smaller than what was advertised. The food at the restaurant wasn’t fresh- the pate was bitter and potato mash was sour. We complained about it to the waitress but no concessions were made or replacement offered.
Quit clean
At morning did not work Spa, it was about 10:30
Stunning place, small hotel therefore quite and peaceful. Truly great place to relax and get away from city hustle. Food was simply excellent, compliments to the chef.
WiFi connection is really poor. We didn't manage to use the water bike as were unable to push them off the shore. Maybe they should be secured somewhere not that shallow with better access.
Remote location next to a gorgeous lake.
Sound isolation was quite poor.
The location is stunning. It is on a private cove in Plateliai lake. We had a private villa for our party and it was very comfortable
The only complaint was that there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and our second night there was very hot. Not the fault of the hotel but it was hard to sleep. Otherwise it was ideal.
