A small, but good equiped room with everything you need to have some rest. Good breakfast. Sauna us also a bonus!

Beautiful home, history, location. Husband and wife team adorable and punctual.

The top floor has a roof that is sharply angled. Makes it hard even for me at 170cm, to stand at the urinal, without having to bend my neck sideways.

Very Clean. Breakfast included. The owners are trying to avoid food waste which is common with breakfast buffets, however having to say exactly how many slices of cheese, butter, bread etc. you want the night before is excessive.

Very noisy both from road noise and corridor noise. Due to the door handle not activating the latch, the only way to close the room door is to slam it shut, resulting in doors being slammed shut all through the night and early morning.Due to lack of staff the restaurant is closed and the next closest place for food is about 2km away.The bed was the hardest I have experienced for a long time (too hard for me).

Awesome hotel, lovely staff, generous breakfast, great Wi-Fi, super clean, and so quiet.

When I forgot to pay and left, Sonja called me on the phone!Just kidding, just kidding, she still let me stay the next time.

Breakfast was delicious. They speak good english. Beds were comfortable. We were able to do a late check in.

We had to order breakfast a day in advance with the precise amount of bread and salami slices we want to eat to reduce food waste. The bathroom is a bit old and in need of renovation.

Great place to stay, room was super clean and comfortable. Great shower. Air condition. Excellent breakfast and you can choose what you want and what time the night before. And you get a chocolate when you return your key!We were riding recumbent trikes and they put them in the garage for us overnight for security. There is a place to plug in and recharge your battery if you are riding an e-bike.

Booked a room with two single beds. Got a room with one large bed with two separate matresses.Bathroom and toillet in the corridor to share with 5 other rooms.Room looks out on a road with noisy traffic.

Organized hosts and so clean! Really nice to stay and close to the Rhine to see the ships pass.

We stayed here for a couple of days to be near Friedwald ...perfect location for us.The Hotel owners were fantastic and so friendly , we required some bikes and they kindly took us (4 adults) to the rental shop and stored them over night.The breakfast was great and rooms spacious and clean .The only downside is the lack of evening facilities and maybe a kettle and coffee in the rooms would be a great touch.We would definitely stay again and hope to see them soon ...Thank you

breakfast was perfect,room comfy and cool-air conditioner was on before we came,so at the evening of hot day it was nice surpraise for us from staff.Shower was for a few rooms,but it was free, tidy and worked well.

The owners where very friendly and service minded. Great for a short stop when traveling south. Nice breakfast!

Could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. The room was quiet small.

The hotel was lovely and very well decorated with lots of plants. The staff was very friendly and recommended a nice beer garden in the next village. Our room was very quiet. The breakfast was tasty. We had a very nice time there. We had mistakingly booked a room with a communal shower but were able to change for a room with our own shower.

Everything was perfect but there are plane trees (Platanus) in the courtyard, one of us is allergic and we went there in the allergy season. Otherwise everything was really great and we'd be happy to come back!

It was a magical place. Incredibly beautiful hotel with gorgeous natural surroundings, delicious breakfast with home made croissants and run my a delightful couple. It was also very quiet, incredibly clean and had a very nice shower. Also, they treat pets (theirs and our) with love.

The only thing I didn't love about this place was the bed as it was too hard for my taste, but my wife liked it a lot, so it's more of a matter of taste than quality.

We stayed at this cozy hotel for visiting Strazburg which is 30 driving minutes away. The room was big enough and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, specially omlette.

Staff/owners most welcoming and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.very clean, comfortable and well ran.

Nothing not to like, pity that the restaurant wasn't opened for evening meals, we would have loved to try it
