- Very friendly multilingual staff- enough parking lots available- guarded and safe- rooms very clean and spacious- sufficient breakfast buffet- very nice surrounding (forest around) and garden area is like a big park

- no pets allowed at all- no elevator to upper floor

Close to the road. Big room. Decent breakfast. Good coffee.

We got only 2 sets of bed linens and towels for family of 4 (room was correctly booked for 4 people). It was impossible to find anyone after 10 pm in the hotel who could help with that. Room is heated only with air conditioning. Bit worn out. Loud sounds from the next room/inside of the hotel around 4 am.

Nice , quiet, green location. Everything clean , comfortable beds. Excellent food at the restaurant.Special Thank you to staff at the reception and the restaurant. They all were very welcoming, helpful, polite and nice .

Family place, with lot activities for kids, staff is very nice and hospitality be on high level.

The place is wonderful for families since the grounds offer a lot of recreational activities like rope's course, paint ball, horse back riding, petting zoo, trampoline park, go karts and more.Breakfast is very good and the staff is accommodating.

A renovation of some small things in the rooms is due soon

Good place to sleep and stay, restaurant is really good, kids can hang out outside and in a small corner near to the restaurant, additional activities are additional plus however they’re opening only in the afternoon and there is no basic play ground

I missed a play ground

The hotel grounds are very large and offer a variety of activities. The room is clean, delicious breakfast which was included in the price. There are also houses for rent on the territory, suitable for families or companies. Friendly staff.

The rooms are not protected from noise, you can hear guests walking in the corridor and talking, and you can also hear guests from neighboring rooms who are just talking. Very uncomfortable pillows

An excellent place for organizing celebrations, parties for adults and children. There is a variety of entertainment: a huge children's entertainment room, a horse stable, a mini zoo, an ice cream shop, carousels, large and small tents. There are walking paths around the complex. Large parking space.The room is spacious. Large terrace. Drinking water was available in the room.Despite the many parties in the complex, we were served and fed in the cafe.This place is not for travelers, but for the celebrated.The breakfast offer is large - various salads with mayonnaise and cream, green salads, fish, snacks, meat and cheese plates, etc.

The staff in the cafe do not speak English and did not even want to engage in a conversation with the help of a translator, only 1 girl agreed to serve us trying to speak English. Sincere thanks to her for kindness, responsiveness and efforts to help guests!The terrace of the room was shared with the adjacent room, unfortunately, the neighboring men drank alcohol all night and talked loudly. We wanted to sleep, get up early and go on the road. And no one warned us about a common terrace.

Very convenient for travelers with cars. Peaceful rest.

Clean, calm and spacious. Good for family. Great location for quick stop going passing by Poland.

It was very weak water stream in a shower in the morning. Evening was ok, so maybe issue due to more people using a showers through the hotel.

I am in Radomsko twice a year. There is an business hotel closed to the factory, but I always stay here. The place is amazing and the service& quality is impressive. Once I took my family with me on business trip to spend more time here. It is perfect with kids, too!

Room, service, food

All event start time is at 12:00.a.m. Guest need to wait for 12:00 for any kind of activities. It can be started earlier. Attractions in the resort are not clear.Cycle renting ,badminton can be added.

The resort incl. a hotel but also little wooden cabins one can rent. The property is very big and perfect with kids. There is a indoor playground (35 złoty per child for an hour) if it rains. Otherwise the property offers a lot of hiking, petting zoo, horse back riding, climbing park and probably more.Food is very good and the place is very well taken care of and clean.We will definitely be back.

Our suite was very cosy and spacious, it almost felt as if we were in a forest hut. What we liked the most, though, was the environment around the hotel: there were lots of activities in the resort, starting from the mini zoo to the indoor playground.

The selection of breakfast options was a bit humble, but perhaps that was because we were having breakfast at a late time.

Basically everything was fine

It could be a little repair in some places, the door of the room had signs of breaking in. The restaurant could work longer (food orders are accepted until 20:10h)

WIFI did not always work and the room was never cleaned during my stay of 4 days

Shower cabin door didn’t close. double bed in fact was two single mattresses put together.
