Pros +
- The baths were amazing and so is the location. Great breakfast.
- Location is great with many hiking trails in nearby villages. The pools were very well maintained and we spent a good time there. There was a party in one of the nights which was great fun! The room was very clean. They offered a varied breakfast.
- The new part of the hotel was lovely. The roomsNicely decorated, bed comfortable.
Cons -
- Some people did not respect the silent areas in the Haman/Sauna. This was quite annoying.
- The bed was a bit too soft for me
- Our deluxe balcony room on the 2nd floor was directly in front to some structure of ventilation for the pool so not very attractive view.

Our deluxe balcony room on the 2nd floor was directly in front to some structure of ventilation for the pool so not very attractive view.
Rooms are large and clean. Location is great. Pools and thermal baths good.
The baths were very crowded but the pools were clean. Proximity of the pools to the rooms were a plus.
It is really a mass tourism place. Eating a the Burger stand in the hotel (restaurant closed after 1400) you get plastic forks and paper cups and service is ok but not outgoing or personal.
Pools, size and cleanliness of room, having the possibility to stay at the thermal bath facilities, free parking.
It’s a beautiful location and the baths are nice. Seem clean
The service was not great. There were instances where our food was not delivered after ordering. It was a holiday weekend, so it was so packed and overcrowded. Maybe they could not handle the size of crowd. If you book, pay the extra money so you stay in the modern side of the hotel. The older side is not great - dated and not clean. We had a dead fly in our room so it seems like it was not cleaned recently.
It's great that you can stay for as long as you want in the baths area on the day of arrival, as well as on the day of leaving. The bar is nice. Restaurant was good. The gym is excellent.
The pillows weren't comfortable. The hotel is also split between new and old part. We stayed in the old part and there was a bit of noise in the corridors.
Infrastructure , personnel , nourriture , chambres
Room was spacious, modern and clean. Swimming pools are nice for clean and perfect temperature. Breakfast was good. Staff super nice, specially at snack by the pool.
It was a bit too full. The river is needing a renewal at some points.
Most things are good, people are friendly at reception and breakfast.
Breakfast is good but not as good as before closure a few years ago.
Wonderful hotel, the staff is very professional and helpful. Cleaning is great. Very good selection of products for breakfast. We appreciated very much that the entrance to the thermal area was included in the hotel rate, and there is a private entrance for hotel guests.
We strongly recommend to book the Deluxe rooms as they are renovated and modern , with lots of space, vue on the pools. I would definetly not go for the Attic rooms or other category under the Deluxe, as they are small, old furniture, no view, no bathtube, different amenities... Thank you for the room move , much appreciated !
Big open spaces and good restaurants
Rooms furnishing were old and small for the price we paid (we took both attic rooms)
Heated pool, beautiful environment. Family and pet friendly accomodation.
I got eye infection after 1 day in the pool.
we liked everything, the friendly stuff, the comfy beds, the calm, very clean and big rooms. breakfast very rich with anything you may fancy. we will come back asap! we loved it!
really absolutely nothing !
Comfortable room right at the baths Big breakfast buffet
The buffet has plenty of food but if there are a lot of people, the staff has trouble keeping up with replenishing the empty plates. One needs to be patient until they replenish the food.
The heated pools and the river. That its open until 21.00 is good. The restaurant has a "magic tree" where kids can play. Its well designed so you can still monitor what's going on and your child is safe but its still a separate location from the dining area.
The restaurant food isn't great. The pizza taste like oven pizza. Its over-priced.Bad experience with room service -- slow and delivered the wrong order.
Our room got upgraded. It was so clean, modern, beautiful view of the mountains and thermal bath, convenient access to the bains. Breakfast was really good too! We will definitely be going back with our kids soon.
Beautiful view from out huge balcony. Lovely big room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is very diverse and generous. Staff is very polite and helpful. Wonderful spa facilities and pools. We tried the fondue at the chalet style restaurant, it was delicious and well priced. Great customer service from the young waitress there too.
Leaving!
Perfect stay for our holiday, from the comfort, to the beautiful vineyards around, services..all super nice
A bit difficult to get restaurant bookings (would suggest better info on the restaurants schedule and profile)
