Pros +
- nice hotel. clean, comfortable. good breakfast. table tennis and table football. excellent location, very close to ski lift.
- We stayed here for a night after skiing the nearby Glacier 3000. It had kind of an almost backpacker vibe (basic rooms), but location-wise, the property is excellent - a short walk into the village, although not much was open when we visited except for a local restaurant called La Potinière down the street, which had excellent food and good service. Les Sources' breakfast buffet was very nice (the usual continental fare, bread, cheese, eggs, pastries, yogurt) and their Illy coffee machine made some of the best cappuccinos we had on the entire trip! The staff was friendly but hands-off. You could pay extra for a set evening meal, and although there's no bar per se, we were able to order a couple of beers at the restaurant while one table of guests was finishing dinner.
- - Close to Diablerets express ski lift- Accepts pets- Nice view from the balcony- Ok breakfast
Cons -
- slightly dated decor, but I don't mind that.
- The rooms felt a bit basic for the price, and there were no actual amenities.
- - Free parking but no space was available when we arrived at 20 on Saturday. It took a while to find one. We parked for free by ski lifts, which was empty in the evening but full in the morning - this came in handy before/after skiing - about 5 min walk (there is a shortcut behind the hotel that runs along the river)- It is time to renovate - the beds and decor is old, and the bathroom was tiny. I suspect the owners see no need to renovate because it was fully booked in early February. - Soundproofing is bad - you can hear everything in the corridor and next door. - If it was priced 40-50% less vs what we paid I would give it an 8 rating.

everything was nice. room, location, views, staff . all staff at reception, house cleaning and restaurant was nice except a lady named DALILA who was very Rude.
only 1 staff spoiled my whole mood. otherwise i would have rated my stay 10. one lady named DALILA at reception was very Rude . When i asked her to reheat my food in microwave she clearly refused. Then i explained her that I had mouth surgery which was clearly visible looking at my face also . so i can't eat outside food and requested her to reheat it. but she clearly refused . then some aged man from restaurant came and helped me. thanks to him.
The staff was very helpful and kind, they ensured we had the two rooms for our big family next to each other and a big family table for breakfast, accommodating the needs of our toddler and baby very well. Breakfast has lots of options and is delicious. Rooms are big. Perfect location and lovely views.
Make sure you pack your ear plugs it is an old building you can hear a lot from the rooms next to you.
The location was perfect for access to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, buses, and ski lifts. The breakfast was ample. It was nice to have the demi-pension and the food for dinner was okay.
Very nice position, wonderful view from the balcony, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking on site, minigolf available for free.
Bathroom was smelly, we got one double bed for 2 adults and an 8 years old child (sofa available but not set up), limited dinner options.
Breakfast was good and healthy. Well located, stayed a night for visiting Glacier 3000 which was just 10 mins.
Not having Air Conditioner
The location.
Expensive, very small room and bad breakfast.
Like the location and friendliness of the staff.
Rooms could be more comfortable
The staff hotel, the views and it's close to the ski zone.
Maybe it's a little old fashion style.
Great location, friendly staff and thanks for upgrading us!
Excellent location, great breakfast buffet, lovely wooded area with the river nearby. Perfect for a short stay, I will be back!
Last renovation of the rooms, bathrooms, and main floors must be in the 90s. Everything works fine but the style is not super enjoyable (for guests who care about such things)
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Food was tasty. Amazing view of mountains and beautiful village. We are so happy. Thank you so much ✨ We will be coming back soon ❤️
The staff were super helpful and really nice. The location is also fantastic and the hotel has a nice cafe outside on the minigolf, where the kids can play while parents enjoy a coffee :-)
The mattress was too soft and there were only two pillows, aslo too soft. It would be good if extra pillows were provided. The bathroom needs updating as it is very dated and the tap in the sink was spilling water from the top as it was broken.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff in Front office and restaurant.
Good location—close to sports park with tennis, swimming pool, archery which is free with the hotel card. Shops are within walking distance. Free parking and also close to the bus stop for Glacier 3000z
This is a hostel, not a hotel so it is completely stripped down. Bare and functional. They only have an à la carte menu at lunch and we wanted fondue and other a Swiss specialties which they did not have so we had to find another place. The breakfast is very basic with no croissants or pastries at all. It’s very old and seedy in a way for which the rate is too high.
Good location, quiet and beautiful environment, nice walk in the village after dinner and easy riverside walk after breakfast
The location, facilities, breakfast and cleanliness were all excellent. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided exceptional service throughout my stay.
I would like to offer a suggestion for improvement: it would be wonderful to have tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.
Very good location, everyone was very friendly, uncomplicated. Clean room
Rooms could do with an update
