    Pros +

    • Overall very spacious rooms, very well isolated to the outside. Very comfortable beds, great breakfast, nice bar and good service. Very friendly front office staff, ski room for ski boots and skis, enough parking space.
    • The setting above everything else. The valley and the surroundings of Les Diablorets are spectacular. The room was well appointed.
    • Location - next to ski school Welcoming staffGood breakfast

    Cons -

    • Watch out if you book a single room, they are truly super tiny 14m2! Not ideal if you are more than 1.90 tall. Pool area quickly over crowded and pretty noisy
    • The service in the restaurant was managed by waiters that took a long time to give us a proper table sufficiently far away from the conference crowd despite the fact that we had booked independently from the conference.
    • Pillows and bedding - poor Old fashioned and noisy rooms - AVOID 1st floor Room service - poor

The breakfast and dinner were wonderful and service was great! The hotel was lovely all-around. Staff were kind and welcoming and very helpful. The facilities were great.

I only wish that the hotel had a hot tub/jacuzzi in addition to the pool, as this would be appreciated for the end of a ski day and seemed missing to me for a place like this.

The refurbished rooms, the breakfast, the dinner, staff at the reception and the waiters at the dining room.

The pool, a bit too noisy

The staff was great, nice, helpful and professional. The room was perfect cozy with a great view. The location was amazing, pretty much close to everything.

Other customers lacking basic education. People being loud in the sauna, kids running in the restaurant, people coming in pyjamas and bare foot for breakfast…

Really nice landscape/location (easy near the lift but also other restaurants and super market) the stuff was amazing and helpful with tips for hotel, village and ski centre...

1)The coffee was really bad (we also gave the feedback) that in such a hotel/restaurant is a pity to "offer" such bad coffee. 2) the lights in the spa were a bit too bright and the walls white so there was more of a clinic feeling. And there is no possibility to go out in the fresh air after the Sauna.3) the room was actually really new after the renovation and amazingly equipped with everything you may need, but not well cleaned after the renovation

I stayed in one of the renovated rooms. Just amazing. Very tastefully done. The location was just ideal. Close to everything! Food was amazing and the staff were just super friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome. I am planning to go back soon!

    Breakfast ok.

Bed, reception, tv no English chanel, no internet in the room, carpet not vacuumed, smelly room, no welcome bottle water, unfriendly staff.

I love the location, the building is old style but comfortable. Room is clean. Snow is nice. View is excellent

    9JclokPosted on: 3-14-2024

Very kind staff, highly comfortable hotel in a beautiful setting and with an excellent breakfast!! Great indoor pool with relaxing sauna make for the petfect après-ski!

    Its location

The rooms were tiny and expensive. The food wasn’t always available at any time. No room service when you’re hungry.

    7MiguelPosted on: 2-14-2024

Diablerets it's a small but quiet village with nice picturesque views. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very close to the ski spot

The property was decent, well located but old. Some refurbishments are needed. The restaurant its really over rated. Besides of the front desk staff, very few speaks English

    10FlorianPosted on: 1-8-2024

Nice spa area for relaxing after a ski day open from 16:00 - 21:00 with 2 Saunas, one real finnish sauna and a bio sauna. The pool was perfect for swimming in the morning, it's open from 7:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 21:00. Ski Room with heated shoe holders, the hotel is very close to the Diablerets express ski lift (3min walk). The breakfast buffet was good, the staff was very nice, the room was very clean.

    10EleanorPosted on: 1-7-2024

Staff were amazing. Reception staff were so welcoming, and even as we were leaving they were giving us recommendations for where to go next. Amazing.

    9AlfredPosted on: 10-22-2023

    very nice location beautiful view

we had internet-WiFi issues, no soap in the bathroom, my husband had to go get it and maid never installed. not enough parking garage for every guest.

    8BarbPosted on: 8-22-2023

Easy to find, inviting foyer, fast lifts

Impersonal, set dinner menu only option, very expensive.

    9IsabelPosted on: 8-21-2023

We were given a very spacious room with balcony and view of the glacier, the bathroom was equally big.The location of the hotel is very nice for hiking (or skiing in winter). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel's interior is somewhat out-dated and very old-fashioned but there will be renovations soon.

    9JordanPosted on: 7-30-2023

Location and most of the staff were great.

That building could go through a ton of renovation. One of the female bartenders was visibly stand-offish. She was probably having a rough night.
