- Clean hotel, excellent food, healthy spa
- Everything is excellent in this hotel. Clean rooms and pool areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Various tasty food in the hotel restaurant. One of the main reasons why we came back to this hotel is because of the hot outdoor pool. It is apsolutly perfect.
Cons -
- The 3. bed (sofa bed) was not so comfortable and quite noisy when you turned around.Massage was ok but not really great, and it was difficult to communicate with the massage therapist (in German or English)
- Very hard to discuss with the stuff, they didn t speak English language, just German. The "double" bed is in fact made of 2 single ones...

. .Usually all was good, breakfast was perfect and dinner was okay, much things between to choose. The room was wonderful with Balkon and the bed is much confortable, shower is modern a'd all much well cleaned. The therme is much big and much different places to stay. Hot water inside_outside, for kids is paradise place, the people are all kind, the personal speak English and German much well... Try it you a'd you will miss it after
1.By eating lunch and dinner, that I should pay extra the drinking ( I booked half_pension)2. That I should speak with reception for appointments about massage and sauna / I see that it's negative point because I booked for two nights and it was late that I get appointment for even a normal massage which the hotel is builded for wellness and therme for relaxing, so I stayed that time without massage or sauna.3. The noise from other room-doors when they get closed. It's much bothering.
Pleasant
The room was advertised that has 2 beds but the second bed is not really a bed is a mobile bed that is not comfortable at all.The parking is not free wich I didn't expect regarding that the hotel is in a country side area.
Very good place , food delicious! Excellent spa !
Good
The rooms were not heated properly for the night.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The local cuisine was delicious, and the pools were perfect with the ideal water temperatures. Everything was on a high level. I recommend the hotel to everyone.
Nothing to complain about.
