Everything wasOk , special restaurant staff was very friendly ?

Asked for slippers so could use in te pool and was wasn’t available . As well robe . Would be very handy . As a 4* hotel that would be must.

The breakfast each day surpassed our expectations! The buffet breakfast offered so many food choices it was quite incredible! From smoked fish to eggs, granola, meat, bread, fruit among other foods. The room was very large and comfortable with a well set out bathroom. The hotel is right on the marina so a great place to view the water and all the boating activities daily. The hotel is an easy walk to the dyke and walking to the town of Lemmer itself and to the UNESCO Woudegemaal pumping station nearby. Many cute cages and restaurants in Lemmer nearby along with beautiful canals. A fun stay which surpassed our expectations.

Parking problems. One food truck was unloading products and blocked our car for 35 minutes. When we asked the driver to move the truck, he refused to do so

Nice view over the Marina, good size room and bathroom. I have enjoyed the hot tub , was super relaxing. Good breakfast with lots of options. Lots of facilities, but it was not time to try them all ( pool, squash, bowling, boat rental, bikes, etc?Nice stuff, attentive and helpful.

The old look and feeling of the building, the temperature in the room and mosquitoes, the not so clean bathroom ( we asked for a re-cleaning).

We expected a normal twin bed, but the room comes with 2 separate single beds.This might be only negative point in our stay.

Our stay at the hotel in the beautiful yachting area was exceptional. The surroundings were stunning, adding to the overall charm of our visit. The rooms and the entire hotel were very clean, cozy, safe, and quiet. The restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious meals. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Hotel staircase is dangerous. While walking down the stairs, the entire staircase shakes-up and i suspect the structural integrity of the staircase is not proper and i feel its a disaster to happen if its not taken seriously to fix it.

the location of the restaurant was very good with a beautiful view.

Room facilities were very average, heating in the room seemed not to be working. Surprisingly, this hotel offers spa services, but there were no bathrobes or slippers in the room.their services like bowling need to be upgraded because you can hear the ball moving like on the rails... The staff don't know what amenities are included in the room price, saying that everything is free, and then rudely asking to pay extra. Hotel manager Niels promised to e-mail with an explanation, which he never did.

It was a late check-in due to a longer-than-planned journey and we were very tired but Reception was not welcoming and we seemed like an inconvenience. More suited for holiday stay rather than business as the Wi-Fi was completely unusable. Yapping dog in the room opposite but it is dog-friendly hotel after all.

The location by the " highway"

Good spacious, clean room with small balcony overlooking the marina. Large en suite with whirlpool bath. Excellent facilities for storing and recharging e-bikes. Good breakfast in pleasing surroundings.

First impressions of location. Lack of air conditioning, but thankfully it was quite a cool night. Bar and restaurant closed (but we ended up having an excellent meal in a restaurant on the other side of the marina).

Nice large room. A lot to offer(large indoor swimming pool, table tennis, 10-pin bowling, a lovely bar area). The view from our room over the marina was great. the breakfast room has the same wonderful view. the staff were friendly. parking was easy. Excellent breakfast buffet.

the second bed room was a bit more like a cave with poor ventilation.
