Friendly helpful staff.

Noisy hotel. Bad smell in the room.. Really tired old shower curtain, badly stained. Uncomfortable bed with very thin mattress. Small shower. My husband couldn't fit in. The shower curtain stuck to your body whilst showering I'm tiny frame and only 4'11 I struggled... Would not recommend... Did not stay for breakfast...

Really nice hotel in an industrial areaThe rooms were small but clean, and the staff was friendly. Despite being in an industrial area, the hotel felt comfortable and welcoming. We had a pleasant stay.

The staff really kind and friendly.We used the sauna after a raining and windy day: it was so comfortable!The rooms are clean and well organized.

I would have had a kettle to do a warm tea.

It was a very simple basic hotel but ideal because we we're just passing through.

Maybe the option to have some water, tea or coffee in the room available.We travelled for many hours and arrived late, it then is nice to have a simple drink before going to sleep.

Easy access from motorway so a good stop off point on drive to ferry. Rooms are a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment but they were clean

Nothing major, beds bit to soft for me.

The property is located close to the highway which makes it very accessible and a good starting point for different excursions.It has a closed secure parking.

The rooms are not very well insulated against noise - you hear everything. Children were using the hallway as playground.The electricity panel inside the ceiling makes a constant humming sound which is very annoying, especially in the night.

Basic hotel with super friendly staff. Rooms are nothing special, but have everything you need and are clean. The sauna and fitness room were amazing!

receptionist on arrival, he was very friendly and spoke excellent english which was very helpful to me!

We did not use the pool but it looked pretty new and clean.

The room was really small and it looked like it was never cleaned properly. The worst part was the fact that there was a door between our room and the room next door. You could hear EVERYTHING. Literally heard a man snoring (and farting) like he was in the same bedroom. It was awful.

The morning staff and the night staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.There was a vending machine that offered drinks and some local delicacies were also available from reception. The location was great for accessing everything we needed, in close proximity to town with an amazing pizza/kebab place.The on site parking was also appreciated.

The staff member that greeted us was a bit sulky and not very hospitable, which put us off a little, however the other staff have made up for his demeanour. The restaurant on site was not open when we stayed (weekend), which seemed to defeat the point of having one, as I would assume weekends would be the busiest periods. The swimming pool was laughable, not even sure if worth mentioning on the description, as it was a large bath size rather than a pool (very deceptive from the picture).

It's the second time I've stayed overnight to rest and it seems like a super cozy place. The facilities are very good, The receptionists are very friendly. It has adjoining rooms for children and many people come with their pets. The breakfast food is very good and the gym. I will definitely return

Convenient location, small but nice rooms, great bathrooms, friendly staff.

It's was a bit of a dark drive up with no street lights or illuminated signs. Interconnecting rooms were locked and were too tired to get it sorted but as booked as one it would have been nice to have had access.
