- It was clean and the bath was exactly what we needed after a long drive. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we at least had some croissants before we hit the road again.
- The staff were great. Check in was quick and easy. There were lots of places to eat in the evening.

- No kettle in the room was our only issue but that may be an English thing
- The bed was a bit on the small side for 2 adults, but it was a cozy.
- Stairs - no lift. But several staff offered me help with luggage. The stairs were easy, however, so for me it was OK.
