Charming, relaxing small hotel with very friendly staff and lovely garden. Shuttle service to and from port. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

A charming hotel that is working hard to get things right. Beautifully decorated and warm and friendly staff it is a lovely place to stay on Belle-Ile - walking distance to the main town (about 1 Km) and it had off street parking which is often difficult in Frech villages.It has a great breakfast (pay extra) and a lovely garden and terrace for good weather. Staff are very accommodating with bringing drinks and canapes etc to any part of the hotel. You can order a light supper in place of dinner if you don't want to go into town. Rooms are larger than most French hotels.

It could use some toiletries (shampoo etc) in the rooms and tea and coffee making facilities instead of having to go downstairs to the bar area to make it.

Great communication with the hotel prior to our arrival. We would highly recommend a stay here. The staff made us feel very welcome. The hotel is a short walk (15 mins) from the port. It is a beautifully maintained hotel with a garden. Plenty of parking. The breakfast was amazing,too!

Great to have such a lovely hotel open outside the summer season, it's well located, beautifully furnished and decorated, and guests are felt very welcome

We had a light cheese plate in the garden, under the sun, in the late afternoon. Breakfast was excellent. We have enjoyed the electric cycles (to hire directly at the hotel).Great team.A very nice stay!

Room could have been larger...

The hotel is very near to the port and has a parking. We left the car for two days during our stay in Belle-ile.

The room is very small.

Hotel Le Clos Fleuri is just a 5-10 minute walk from the bus station and a 15 minute walk from the Ferry. The hotel is very pretty with a large, private walled garden. Every ground floor room has an individual terrace opening onto the garden, each with tables and chairs. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom and shower were modern. The staff is excellent and pays attention to details and guests special requests. The owner is very charming and fluent in several languages and personally involved with the guests. There is a bar and a restaurant with a good menu and wine list.. We asked if we could enjoy our own bottle of wine and the staff immediately opened the bottle for us without a corking fee. They prepared for us a delicious charcuterie, cheese and fruit platters of all local products, along with their home baked bread and confitures. In the morning the breakfast was excellent. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked our stay at Hotel Le Clos Fleurie last minute and only for one night. The hotel was full so we were happy for the reservation. Our room was at the front of the hotel so there was traffic noise, We recommend asking for a room away from the street. Really, though, the room was fine with a comfortable bed and large bathroom and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Staff were very helpful and made us feel at home.We really enjoyed our stay.

One minor thing: low ceiling in the shower.
