What Guests Loved
Based on 3 reviews
Pros +
- The surrounding nature is truly breathtaking, and the pool is a hit, especially with the kids. It’s quite nice and adds a refreshing touch to the stay. The hotel offers multiple activities, providing entertainment for all ages. Additionally, the convenience of accessing your bill directly through the room's TV is available, which also includes CCTV access (this might feel a bit intrusive to some). The kitchen facilities are well-equipped, catering well to guests who prefer to prepare their own meals.
- Exceptional
Cons -
- The hotel is currently facing staffing challenges, which has led to unpredictable service, although the staff is clearly making an effort. There isn't a proper restaurant on-site, and there are numerous unusual rules to contend with. The external cottages have a pleasant appearance, but it's evident that there were significant cost-saving measures taken in their construction. Issues are apparent, such as deteriorating showers, very thin plastering, and unstable stair railings, which could pose safety risks.
