We really loved the room that we got and this was a bonus for us, because we booked a villa and then got a room which was at the same building where the spa zone, and as we have a little child, then this was a priority for us. Breakfast was great, tasty and very rich in options. SPA zone were great, we enjoyed it. Also, our son forgot his toy at the room and we managed to get it back via hotel reception and courier services, really appreciate that.

The area was amazing. I knew the place for many years, but never stayed. I was very happy with he houses and will stay another time. Very clean!

The pools were amazing and surprisingly very clean! However, the changing room facilities could use some attention — there was a lot of water on the floor, and I almost slipped. Also, most of the Dyson hair dryers weren’t working because they hadn’t been properly charged, likely due to people not following the instructions. I ended up leaving with wet hair on the first day.Additionally, on both days someone tried to take my jumper, and on the first day, a child even took the wristband (the one provided at the entrance) straight from the bench and walked away. These are small issues and not the staff’s fault, but it was the first time I’ve experienced something like that.

The villas were very nice and clean, with beautiful green surroundings. It was peaceful and relaxing—perfect for a nature escape.

While the reception and restaurant staff were kind, the spa staff were extremely rude on multiple occasions, which made the experience uncomfortable. The villa had a very tiny shower that was difficult to use. Also, although there was an electric stove, there were no pots, pans, or coffee maker provided. The biggest disappointment was the overall customer service—unfriendly and passive-aggressive. Unfortunately, because of this, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked the exterior of the villa and the nature

The water smelled disgusting, like from a pond and was milky color. Also in the living room, where the sink is Ant infestation, a lot of them.

It wasn’t clean, some hair everywhere in the bathroom, pools weren’t clean enough too

The staff was super nice, very customer service oriented. The view, the house and location are fantastic! The choice of food was very good. Great value for money! Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

It would be very nice to have some coffee in the house together with tea set.

Breakfast had many options, maybe even too many. The best thing was the water park, good options dor grownups and kids.

Staff in the dining area were a bit not helpful. Did not help to get extra chairs for a bigger group of people, while having a baby at the table. We had to ask help us bring the baby chair. The plates were being removed with food some time before closing time, making us leave more early. Basic lack of assistance and proper client service.

Clean, lot of space inside the house, you have a private yard outside.

Was difficult to find the house with the exact number in the evening, the numbers were on the house wall outside, but without any light. We walked around searching with our bags to settle in, felt a bit stupid. The house inside was a bit cold, most of the radiators were turned off. Beds were not comfortable. There was a fireplace inside and the wood for it was outside the house, wood cots 10 eur, not for included stay of course :) Ahh yes there was a fridge with beverages, if you take it you pay for it, prices like in the bar, for example redbull cots 4 Eur 250ml.The staff in the reception was not in a good mood (don't know why).

Accommodation was great for the price, had good time in Spa area and also tasty food.

Many many people and the equipment at water park was really old.. but the guests house was completely fine. Except lots of people everywhere, even at the breakfast we had to wait in the queue.

Amazing location, great baths, pools and saunas. Amazing bar and delicious food.

We were charged 10€ for a „music event''. in the evening. However, no information about the event. No one told us that you have to pay for an event, no posters or advertising about the event, nothing. Zero communication that the event is 10€.

Thank you very much for the great stay at a good price. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Tasty and big breakfast

Too many people in the pool and sauna area. I think number of people in there should be limited to enjoy pleasurable experience for everyone.

Nice room . Very warm inside . Friendly staff. Good food .

Badly designed with the children to stay in cottages. Also visiting pool which is far away especially winter time and cars not allowed to be parked by the cottages. Basically in winter have to walk from the pool all the way to the cottages 15min walk with small kids. Staff not friendly and trained to give commercial side of the pool visiting like explaining extra charges rather than making visit pleasurable.

Long walking, parking not allowed, staff. It interested in explaining where to park and how to find cottage at night in the rain with the kids. Was horrible experience!

The spa was a highlight of our stay, especially the hourly sauna programs, which were relaxing and well-organized. The overall ambiance of the wellness area was enjoyable.

The room was noticeably smaller than shown in the photos, which felt misleading. We also had an uncomfortable experience in the restaurant when we wanted to take a small snack (like yogurt or cookies) to the room, and the staff stopped us, referring to us as "young people" in a way that felt dismissive and singling us out due to our age group. This was not how others were addressed, and it left a negative impression. Additionally, we tried the extra meal package (dinner + lunch) for ~€60 for two people, but it didn’t feel worth the price. The lunch selection was less appealing compared to dinner or breakfast, with some items being reused or overcooked versions of breakfast dishes. The room also lacked cleanliness, with visible stains in the shower and on the toilet. Furthermore, on the third floor, it was always stuffy due to the spa below, and there was a strong smell of chlorine that was hard to ignore.

The cabins are so cozy and comfortable. Pools, water spas, and outdoor hottub are exceptional.

We did not know that we had to pay for the use of robes, pool towels, firewood, etc. Lots of little expenses.
