This is a friendly family-run hotel which isn’t flashy but does what it does perfectly. It feels a little old fashioned but my son and I felt so welcome from playing table tennis to chilling by the pool to having a delicious breakfast on the terrace every day. It’s really good value and a stunning location - we rented the e-bikes and did the circuit to Wolfach and siltach which was fantastic.
Slightly tired decor and the pillows were quite hard. But small complaints and for the price it was brilliant.
The hotel is completely secluded off the main road with plenty of parking. The pools are warm and inviting. Included in the room price was a five course dinner which was very acceptable. All in all a good hotel and we’re sure to return.

Food, especially, dinner was very good. The hotel also provide a special meal for the kids.
The woman who served breakfast & lunch was super friendly but the rest of the hotel staff not so much. The outdoor pool hours were short for Jul & Aug. I suggest opening 7 am to 7 pm.
