Helpful staff not a 4 star hotel though

SPA was great, a lot of saunas + different pools. Breakfast was super good, a lot of different selection. Room was also comfortable and clean.

Not all the entrances to the hotel are for visitors as I was trying to enter from the other side of the house but it said "employees only" but it was a big entrance.

Lovely location and great amenities and activities. Plenty of options from mini golf to volleyball to biking. The sauna and steam rooms were quite relaxing

Our room was small for the price.

Absolutely everything, really. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Tranquil location, right next to the beach. Varied, delicious and high quality breakfast - also one of the best we have had. The room is also maintained to perfection.

The staff was helpful- my dog escaped from the room (the dog can open doors so if you have one like mine, do not take them with) and the staff was helpful, kind, tried to find solutions, very understanding and truly genuinely kind.

Found the whole experience very relaxing. The spa area and breakfast excellent.

The girl at the bar was a little dismissive of me. Left me standing there waiting to pay for drink and looked after a man who rudely came to bar to be served.

Breakfast was interesting and good. Spa was satisfactory, it would be nice to have more often rituals in saunas. Restaurants and staff service were rather good.

Very high price for a very average poor room. The fair price for such a room is at least half of what was paid (155 euros per night). The disadvantages of the hotel room are: a small soviet-style room for such a high price , no a declared kettle, coffee and tea in the room, not enough toiletries (no toothbrush, toothpaste and disposable razor), the room was not cleaned during the stay.

Nice location in the middle of pure nature. Seal, forests. Good location to have 1-2h walks even when sea is too cold for wsimming.Superb restaurant!

Great warm pool for toddlers and their parents. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful dinner at Wicca. Top class family rooms, helpful playroom on the first floor.

Many toddlers seem to enjoy the spa during weekends

Loved the water center with a wide selection of saunas and a pleasantly warm swimming pool. Had an excellent massage in the Naudi spa, which is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The hotel is located just by the beach offering lovely views and relaxing walks.

The room was a bit too small.

Your rooms need serious upgrade. Your bathrooms and hallways are very tired. All other common areas are nicely renovated.

We were late for breakfast and slept in. But the personnel was friendly and helped us get some last-minute food and coffee.

The most varied saunas selection of all spa hotels I've tried so far in Estonia. Beautiful location and seashore. Arvo Part center with its beautiful architecture and smart concert programme is 20 minutes away.

Nice comfortable beds and good breakfast. Access to spa included in the price. Location in the summer great.

Very good food at the cafe; nice little rooms;

Spa was overcrowded; mixed up communication from staff. All tables at the cafe were full or reserved, although the reception said that you do not have to make dinner reservations in the cafe.

The restaurant, water center and saunas were very good. Comfortable beds and peaceful atmosphere.

The furniture and equipment in the hotel room need to be replaced.
