Very conveniently located. The room was clean and comfortable. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times before, and always had great experiences.

The Breakfast was Amazing

Air conditioning was not working, so the room got very hot

Wide room with a balcony, relaxed atmosphere, nice swimming pool area.

Details in the room shall be reorganized: German plug for the kuttle just in the bathroom; coffee and teabags but no spoons; in the closet hangers just for jackets and not for trousers.No showers in the swimming pool area.

Lovely hotel. Very charming. Extremely clean and amazing friendly staff. Had tea and coffee facilities in room and an amazing shower. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and beautiful garden.Food was lovely.

We didnt have a car and no public transport. But this is no reflection on the hotel.

The owner of the property Antonio is very helpful and friendly. In the property you can find a swimming pool and also you can have all your meals for an extra price at the property restaurant. Is not to far from Termoli where you can find a nice beach.

The rooms are very ould still especially the bathrooms. The shower faucet nearly fell apart when I first used and the toilet was not flushing properly so I had to use a trash can to pour water. The cleaning was just changing the towels and enpty the beens. And I stop here...

Disappointing Stay

Not a nice place. Poorly run, very old and shabby. Pictures very decieving. I would not recommend. Efforts have been made with some snacks, fruit and water left in the room upon arrival but overall not enjoyable or relaxing in any way. There is onsite parking but it fills up so you need to park outside the complex. Location wise is also fairly grim. Larino old town and historic centre is nice but way too far to walk from hotel. Only positive is it is cheap, however far nicer accommodations can be found in this area for the same price, but during busy season , they will all book out first and the only fallback option is this "hotel"..It also baffles me how this hotel is so highly rated throughout the year (even ratings when all hotels were mandatory closed during Covid) which makes me question the reliability of these in the first place, very suspicious. You'll understand after your stay!!

Leaving and knowing I never have to return

Rooms were disgusting. Mould on shower. Previous guests used shampoo still in shower. Overall very dirty and funny smell around the place. Fridge sound very noisy. Mould in swimming pools. Not covid compliant whatsoever. Dumbfounded of an 8+ Review rating which was why we booked in the first place and feel very decieved for what was one of our most unpleasant hotel experiences. There is probably too much required to make this hotel habitable. At a minimum, a full renovation would be a good start.
