Not enough sun loungers or shade by the pool. A lot of TLC required to buildings and rooms. Bathroom large but with small shower - needs updating. Food in restaurant was comparatively expensive and our dishes were poor

The establishment is very nice, located in a quiet place. Staff is very welcoming and kind. The castle is very well maintained and smells amazing inside.

The bathroom could use some renovations and we had some shortage of water in the shower in the morning.

Everything and everyone was perfect! Beautiful property with gorgeous rooms and fantastic restaurant and wonderful pool. Laura was an exceptional host - took really good care of my mom who has accessibility issues- exceptional service.

This location is perfect if you desire breathtaking mountain views and the unique experience of sleeping in a castle! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, blending antique charm (doors, windows, walls) with modern furnishings. While I personally suggest fully embracing the antique aesthetic, the furniture is still very comfortable. The restaurant was beautiful with friendly staff and the food was satisfactory. The establishment is currently under new management, which definitely promises improved services based on our experience.

We arrived around 10pm and encountered a reservation mix-up, resulting in an unplanned room change. However, the next morning, the director personally ensured we received a suite as we had booked, but this one surpassed our original booking. It's important to note that the minibar is empty, so I would definitely suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks, as on-site options close at 11:00pm. Additionally, while the location is fantastic as I personally love a little hike in those mountains and you can get to the nearest restaurant in about 20 minutes walking, getting around without a car can be challenging.

We spent a lot of time deciding where to stay in Tuscany, and when we found this beautiful castle hotel, we were absolutely breathless just looking at the photos. We decided immediately to book here, and it seems like this was the best decision we could have made. We were greeted with incredible kindness and warmth, we could charge our electric car, and we enjoyed a stunning room with an amazing view throughout our three-day stay—something truly unique. If someone dreams of staying at the most beautiful spot in Tuscany, this is the perfect choice. I highly, highly recommend it. The breakfast was divine, and we are especially grateful to Carlotta at reception for all her help. She’s the most wonderful person we’ve ever met—big hugs to her!

It is a great hotel with very good food and an excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly and the welcome was warm. This is exactly how we imagined our stay in Tuscany, we will be back ?

very good castle, very good service, excellent breakfast.poor infrastructure, very hard to be reached by car, because of bad route inside the castle. Parking is far away of the castle and hard if its raining, like it was.Despite the fact we have some discomfort of not having concierge service with lugages and we were supposed to care it by stairs, it was very very nice room, service and food.

The rooms are very big and comfortable, and the reception staff is very nice.Breakfast is very good.

If you don’t rent a car you are completely dependent on taxis which can be quite expensive.Also there are no shops or other restaurants in a walking distance around the hotel

Stunning location, amazing staff and the Bistro food was delicious. The swimming pool is lovely and relaxing and as it’s adults only there aren’t any kids to spoil the peace and quiet

Nothing, all perfect

I really much did enjoy my stay at the Castle. Carlotta who is taking care of everything is really an amazing person, full of positive Energy. She really knows everything about and around the Castle. Once you get to the parking just call the Hotel and they will pick you up with all your stuff. I got a free welcome drink at the family run restaurant and had Dinner there as well. What a lovely place and the food and service was excellent. Breakfast was also incredibile, homemade cakes just soooooo good. I also got and upgrade (travelling by myself) and i got the honeymoon room (Number 14) that was funny ...not going to spoil this one though. If you want a fantastic view and a romantic room, Just ask for Number 14. Everything was nice and clean and very quite. Definitely a Place to relax and to return in future.Thanks Carlotta you made my stay special ! See you next time ?

The staff was very nice and polite. The property is very beautiful but still a bit expensive for what it offers.

Restaurant not serving all the time.Pool could do with a makeover as it’s beginning to show signs of wear and tear.Main entertainment room only opens from 12.00Quite expensive for what it offers and the staff tried to charge me €400 extra on check-out for breakfast and services we didn’t have.

We had the deluxe suite and it was a really nice stay. The staff was so friendly and supportive. The room was really spacious and comfortable.

The hostess was amazing!She welcomed us with a warm smile even though we arrived late. The room is beautiful and clean.It was a great experience.

The food was fabulous! Carlotta and Laura were both the best receptionist we’ve experienced! They were very helpful and friendly. We look forward to returning!!

Can’t think of what to improve. We were very happy there. Wish we could have stayed longer!
