Pros +
- Every area was clean. As a bicycle traveler I appreciated the big bike storage area that was easily accessible. Bed was comfy and room was quiet
- Located in the city centre.
- Breakfast and evening meals were excellent
Cons -
- Nothing that is worth mentioning
- No one was manning the reception desk when we arrived and had to wait about 10 minutes before someone decided to acknowledge us. You could hear everything that was going on in the corridor and in the other rooms. A very strong smell of cooking filled the room in the middle of the night so we had to sleep with the balcony door open in order to breathe.By morning the room was freezing cold. The bathroom is dated and has seen better days.
- Bedroom door didn't lock and wasn't fixed while we were there.

Lovely clean rooms, great dining room and good ( breakfast was fab). Excellent service.
Central and close to the start of different mountain walks/path. Good facility offering restaurant and bar services, good food in the restaurant. Free parking in front of the property.
It was end of the season, staff in the hotel was limited, this affected waiting times sometimes. Room was clean where you could see it but I found a lot of dust under the beds.
The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms are reasonable in size and there is a garage for bikes or motorcycles. There are some free parking spaces in front of the hotel (low season). The location is excellent on the foot of Mt. Cenis in a beautiful valley. The breakfast offer is not lavish, but of good quality.
The wifi is just not usable. In a few places it was not clean. Contrary to what was advertised, the staff only spoke French. Per se okay, but in the gastronomy a few sentences of English should be possible. The hotel as a whole is getting on in years. This is not dramatic, but given the price it is not okay. Breakfast: Vegan alternatives should definitely be clarified in advance personally with the hotel.
The room over looked the river. The noise of a mountain river at night was wonderful. The room was large and bottle water provided in abundance.. Restaurant s all around, bars, so much choice.
Bathroom was basic. Seperate toilet. Nothing else to dislike.
Nicely situated on the main street, good breakfast, lovely staff
Nice and spacious room just by the river, polite and helpful staff. The lifts and ticket desks are just a minute walk away. Breakfast is at an extra charge which is ok as the room price was great. Nice choices for all taste at the breakfast. Generally it is a very good option in a very nice village. Thank you!
Nothing, all fine
location is great, good parking nearby and bi y le storage
the picture showing the spa is not included in the room cost. the additional cost to visit the spa is expensive.and this is misleading.the hotel in general is not of the standard of the pictures. Breakfast was also disappoint.
Good location,clean,good sized room.
bike parking and nice village, good bar and river side was peaceful
it is nowhere as good as the pics and the spa was additional
The bed was comfortable and the view nice over the river.
There was a charge of 16 euro to use the spa. The shower head fitting was broken und the tap completely loose.
the heating. we came through the valley of cold on the motorbike.?valdiser didn't tread us well it was raining and snowing at the same time. suits were soaking wet , so we were glad that they welcome us. motor could be parked in a motor garage. amazing good reception of staf and personal.
We wanted a reasonably comfortable base for a ski touring week at a fair price. The Alpazur ticked those boxes. It's probably the best located hotel for the ski lifts and a great restaurant across the road. Can't comment on the food at the hotel. Our rooms had been upgraded recently to an acceptable standard, plenty of hot water and having a kettle etc was a welcome bonus.
Some areas were a little careworn, but nothing to actively dislike.
Sauna, weight room, Jacuzzi, Restaurant, Bar, it was all good. Staff were friendly and the food was great !
