- Proximity to three ski lifts (Pont des Chèvres, Ramasse and Turra).- Breakfast- Pool and room- Courteous staff

I did not like the room initially assigned (No. 222) as it is close to a Bar that makes a LOT of noise. I recommend requesting the hotel upon booking to avoid the rooms on the side of the bar.

Amazing location for ski in ski out. Located right next to the chair lift. Amazing friendly staff who go above and beyond for you. Restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of choice to cater for all needs

One of the days our bed was not made and the other until 5/6pm.

Double room not big enough to open balcony door. So was moved to another room on the second night

check in was 4pm and our room was not ready until 4:45pm.room heating had not been turned on in preparation

Perfect location for skiing with a family

The room was lovely, just a bedside table was not comfortable to use with the charger. Other than that - great

Nice and clean, very friendly staff. Since it was almost one day before the closure of the then of the season, we were offered free access to the Sona and Jacuzzi (which we did not use due short time).

Glass door of the bathroom. The choices for breakfast was limited.

The hotel was easy to find, plenty of parking. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The noise from the music in the bar next door. It was directly under our room and the music did not stop until 12:30. It was very hot in the room but we could not have the door open due to the music

Spacious, proper chalet style rooms. Bathtub. Nice view. Nice pool. Access to the sauna(dry, humid, cold deep) for 18 e 90 min. Massage possible for extra price - easy to book. Friendly, flexible personal. Well situated near the main street but not on it (so less car noise). Breakfast diverse and delicious. Restsurant, bar , terrace. Very good experience.

Great room, if a bit small, nice view from the balcony. Lovely staff, and good vibes. Really enjoyed it.

Nice rooms ,confortable bed ,charming swimming pool ,very nice veranda in the rooms with adequate furniture to spend some time there whether permitted .

I sent an email earlier requesting the contact of your manager. I would like to make a personal complaint about the restaurant staff. I had a terrible experience and instead of being understanding, I was made to feel as if I was making trouble when in fact I was hungry and the restaurant manager was rude and didn’t even attempt to be kind or considerate. I left the restaurant without food and checked out at 7am as a result. kind regardsChristian Terrible impact and totally unnecessary

the breakfast was just enough, we are always looking for more but it was fine ,the staff were friendly ,i hope they are well taken care of ,because they are formidable. Thank you very much for the welcoming.

The room is great, good bathroom and shower. Excellent beds. Excellent breakfast.

Rooms on the front have the noise of the river. Pool is disappointing. Restaurant is also disappointing
