BRIT HOTEL - RESTAURANT Saint-Brieuc Langueux

Good location, good pool

Breakfast

Lovely staff, great breakfast and very clean.Very good value for money

The location

excellent receptionist. great greeting, spoke v. good english. so friendly that we booked another night. THANK- YOU REJANE. good choice of breakfast & evening meal

Staff all helpful despite my poor french,

Truck arriving outside window in middle of the night but overall good sleep

Excellent value and even included breakfast, a real bonus.

Tea making facilities in the room would have been welcomed. We arrived late and usually expect to be able to make tea or coffee in the room.

The positive action from the manager at booking us into their sister hotel & offering drinks whilst we waited.

Wheelchair wouldn’t fit in the lift leaving us with no access to the room.

Room looked very nice when we first walked in the door.Very comfortable.

No kettle to make your self a hot drink in the room. I did go down to the bar and a cup of tea and coffee was made for me which I then took up to our room.

The breakfast is nice, and the bathrooms were definitely renovated.

I'm not sure how this survey generated 4.0 based on my answers but that is not at all what I would give, maximum 2. The smell in our room was overpowering, the carpet is visibly disgusting and the odour is like none of the surfaces in the room have ever been cleaned. There was a big grey fold out sofa bed in the room which absolutely reeked. Couldn't check out fast enough. Ironically was not asked how we enjoyed our stay..Went to look at the pool with the view of using it, but the cover was on it.

Very comfy bed!

Very disappointing stayOur stay at this hotel fell far below expectations. The hygiene was absolutely terrible; the shower edges were covered in mold, making the experience quite unpleasant. Additionally, the breakfast was a major letdown: the ham seemed spoiled and had a strange odor, which made us avoid eating it.As for the breakfast service, items like bread and eggs were only replenished sporadically. This often led to us waiting up to 15 minutes for something to be available. The combination of poor service and lack of cleanliness makes this stay a disappointing

Location was good, plenty of parking. Pool was good and the beds were super comfortable.

The bar closed early at the weekend and the restaurant doesn’t open at the weekend. Plenty of alternatives around the area.

Free parking and WiFi. Swimming pool. Good breakfast.

They have a policy of not offering evening restaurant at weekends ? ?

Location okClose to shops, restaurants, coast.

Everything was OK. Just not good.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Free WiFi and free parking. Swimming pool and sauna. Lovely breakfast although the scrambled eggs were cold.

Could hear people in other rooms and in the corridor. Thankfully, it was quiet by midnight!

Lovely staff, very helpful and understanding.

The hotel and our room were not suitable for us and our two dogs at all, the room was nothing like we expected, was sandwiched between 2 other rooms with a shared balcony, therefore was not appropriate for our dogs, who did not settle at all, which in turn led to my wife and I not getting any sleep. Not a dog suitable accommodation as it did not meet our needs for our pets.

Convenient location

Incredibly stuffy and hot. Had to sleep with window closed because neighbouring house were partying in the garden until 3am. We were charged for breakfast we didn't have (none available), despite being told by receptionist that we hadn't been. Dinner average, white wine warm. Really not a good experience.

Great price & swimming pool

Bit modest breakfast

Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Dog friendly. Great location and comfy, clean rooms. Lovely to have separate toilet and bathroom. Breakfast excellent. Sadly, restaurant was closed the night we stayed but the menu looked great and good value.

Only let down by no USB point in the rooms or ability to make a hot drink. Just small things. Otherwise, couldn't fault.

clean with quality carpet throughout . breakfast had plenty of choice of hot cooked, cold meats and cheese, fruit ,yogurts etc

Lovely and clean. Room was a great size, shower was fab! Good breakfast. Friendly staff. It was well located for travelling through France.

This is the fifth time staying here. We stayed in a PMI room. Room is spacious and clean. Hôtel is in a good location for exploring the area. Breakfast is good with a good choice. Swimming pool is a bonus

Shower curtain sticks to the body when in the shower and the floor gets wet. Bath towels are small, we prefer bath sheets. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room although bottled water was provided
