- The rooms were odd, very odd. Our room had the sink outside the bathroom in the bedroom. Yuck, I do NOT want to watch someone brush their teeth. Our room was above the terrace where people were smoking and drinking until late. No airconditioning and windows had screens, but you couldn't have the windows open, curtains drawn and screens in place at the same time. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was like eating in an expensive cafeteria with full-on ceiling lights and a heavy metal soundtrack. We did ask to have the music changed (which they did)
- It was too lonely! Being there on New Year's eve was definitely not the right time to be there as guests. We should've left just after our pet passed away.

Almost transparent glass from room to bathroom, with no proper door. Very unfortunate while traveling with a collegue for example.
