The receptionist was really friendly.

It would have been nice to have had a better selection of good meals for dinner. The hotel isn’t in a great place for options so without a car it was hard to have a good evening meal. Breakfast was good though!

No sports channels to watch the Euros on!! The balcony is a bonus... But..... Where is the furniture? The balconies require a table and chairs to work!

A perfect hotel for travelling to or from the Pyrenees. Staff were efficient and friendly. Car park is large and locked at night.

The pool was closed !

I arrived for an overnight stay, with a broken arm, the staff could not have been kinder and supportive of me, they brought my luggage both to and from my room and brought it out to my taxi when leaving. I would happily stay there again if I am in the area.

Recurring Indescribable "mechanical" noise were the norm. These noises made have come from an adjacent service room.Thin walls and doors such that casual conversions anywhere on the floor were clearly heard in the room at night.Note the IBIS Styles in CDG had thick doors and walls. That was a quiet room. So I don't think I'm being unreasonable.

The property was clean, dog friendly, staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Easy to find and beautiful view of the Pyrenees.

The location close to the motorway is great. Also we knew there would be parking and that the hotel would be open even if we arrived late. The beds were really comfortable. And they allowed our dog to join us but naturally not in the restaurant but he could wait close outside.

The food they offer is just awful. Very small portions over-heated in microwaves. 2 small sheets of lasagna with an undentifiable sauce between is not a lasagna and not enough for an adult to call supper. The salad was just lettuce leaves with vinegar sprinkled on top - again not a pleasure. Ibis could really improve on their food menu and then it would be a great all-round place to stay. The staff also needs some training in communication and just for example to know what red wines they have on offer.

The room was comfortable except we needed an extra pillow. The food was microwaved but acceptable.

With Ibis, you know what you get. Low price, simple but fair confort. Here, you also get the view on the Pyrénées as a perk.
