Pros +
- The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was perfect for a one-night stay on the road. Everything, clean and comfortable. Sercure and convenient parking. Breakfast included pancakes and maple syrup when we were there! Also the prepared supper options were delicious!
- Perfect stay for a family. Clean rooms, friendly host, very welcoming
- Helpful, welcoming hosts.
Cons -
- Unfortunately restaurant closed the night we stayed but hosts organised a much appreciated alternative for us.
- At the time we visited the hotel did not have a restaurant. I dont really want to rate this as a negative aspect since a couple hundred meters away you'll find quite good food for a day.
- The aforementioned nuggets of excellence notwithstanding, the neignbourhood is basically an edge-of-town warehouse estate bisected by a motorway, giving it, shall we say, a certain ambience, or rather lack thereof

The staff is great - really helpful! We were able to put the bikes in a safe space that was locked at night. This is not a standard.

Late check in was really easy with an after hours key vending machine. The host was lovely - helped us call a taxi and made us coffee while we waited
A welcoming, unpretentious place just about within the walking distance from both the airport and the town of Tarbes - the birthplace of d'Artagnan. Excellent bed for the price bracket, too. A decent pizza joint nearby, with suitably decadent toppings. If you fancy a few drinks, there is an Ibis hotel not far off... and they have a 24h bar!

It is a calm, cozy and quiet place. We appreciate the hospitality and a very nice attitude. Thank you for the nice stay
The parking is convenient, and the serviceman the room is nice. I ordered a pizza in the hotel which is just so so. I recommend this hotel for stay!!
Very well located, clean and comfortable hotel. It is close to the highway, but there is no noise in the rooms. There is a bus stop to Lourdes, Tarbes and airport in a few minutes walk. I reccomend it. Tres bien!
The location was great for our overnight stay.
Air conditioning might be a great upgrade for the clients.
