I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that it’s airconditioned!

I didn’t like that the front desk isn’t manned during the morning. I needed to speak with someone and no one was there until around noon; an hour after check out time.As an American, I wanted an ice machine in the hotel or a mini fridge in the room.

Very nice ، big rooms and clean with free car parking available.WIFI was good

Varied and tasty breakfast, at reception launge area there is a coffee/tea machine together with supplies (sugar, teabags with nice taste selection, cups, spoons, etc) availabe 24h such a nice option to make a warm drink outside of breakfast hours, as we arrived late at night. Convenient location nearby highway.

It was tricky to enter the hotel at 23h30. Despite pre-check in, we were not informed that the room cards had been put in a specific location waiting for us. Instead we lost some time trying to check-in via the terminal at the entrance. Not ideal when you arrive late, especially with kids.

Hotel room was clean

There is no staff at reception if you arrive at 23 hours. The digital check in does not work properly, is unclear and is not client friendly. We did not manage to check in in the first 30 minutes and when we dialed the emergency phone number of the hotel there was nobody to answer our call. There was a group of loud and drunken young persons in the lobby who were yelling and we felt very unsafe. Especially since the emergency phone number did not work. When we arrived at breakfast there was no food and all plates were gone. No place to take a seat. All in all would not recommend.

Room was ok, good space, clean and tidy. Good mattress, nice overall space.

Breakfast on the other hand was not good: little offer at the buffet, long waiting time for food to arrrive, coffee overflowing the (too small) cups, food and beverages displayed not in a good way (too far from each other). Also common areas was not really clean (stairs, breakfast tables, etc.)

The room was good and clean.

The TV was not able to connect to apple play or netflix. The big bed is just two beds pushed together. Dont buy breakfast there, poor variety of options, not worth the money

Good location, very quiet and close to motorway.

The hotel is situated in a very nice and quiet area. The hotel is very nice, decorated with good taste. Comfortable beds. The breakfast is very good.

Very clean and neat.

No shampoo, no shower. That is not nice. We have to drive to grocery store to get it.Breakfast choices are very limited.If there is a laundry room, it would be convenient.

Typical business hotel, good for a stopover.

Building seems to be not completely finished, like not even a sign, what that building is.

Good size room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good

1 lift for the whole hotel. Staff not around. None of the vending machines worked. No food available or bar and little open in the area nearby.

Quiet location in the middle of nowhere ;-) Ample free parking space available. Some restaurants and petrol stations nearby.Nice modern comfortable rooms with good shower and wifi.Breakfast and wifi are also good. Elevator available to reach upper floors.Free coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby.

Air-conditioning in both rooms I tried non-working while air-conditioning did work in the lobby and corridor areas. During hot summer this is not comfortable.Smokers area in front of the main door, so going in and out you're always walking through other peoples smoke.

Nothing to dislike since it's amazing value for money!

Overall it was good. Staffs were very friendly. The Hotel could provide few more useful items in the room, such as hair dryer, small freeze etc.

Cleanliness could have been better. There was no intercom/phone to contact the reception.

Cheap, offering the minimum. Small towels, tasteless breakfast (looks good but no taste).

I arrived late in the evening and booked my accommodation shortly before arrival. On arrival, it turned out that there were no rooms available. The reception tried to find a vacancy elsewhere, but when this failed, they were flexible and quickly prepared a room that had not been prepared. Thank you.Spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet neighbourhood. Helpful staff. The hotel was full during my stay, but the staff were able to accommodate the morning rush. I was able to check out easily and leave the hotel early in the morning.

I could not find any.

Awful check out. I waited one hour for the invoice. Rude receptionist.
