Very kind person at the reception. Room is a little basic but good price. Restaurant next door is very nice for a low price.

All was as expected.

The room itself no electric kettle. Too hot and service poor when asked to do checking. One lady at cashier not friendly even doesn't know speak English.

No staff members at all, luckily outside was lady who helped to check in. Be prepared how to check in without staff members.

Good location with shops and petrol station close by. Secure underground parking.

Basic facilities. Bathroom didn’t appear very clean.

The family rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The onsite, underground parking was good value, spacious and safe with automatic lighting. The staff we encountered were friendly too. The automatic check-in machine was easy to use to get our hotel access and there was no issue checking in a couple of hours earlier than planned. The hotel is also on large commercial park, so loads of food to choose from for all meals!The most impressive part of the stay was after we left. We arrived at our next accomodation after the B&B Hotel Puilboreau to discover we didn't have our 6 year old son's most precious teddy "baby tiger" - I contacted the hotel and Mr Robichon was very generous and helped us to get the teddy back. He packaged and posted the teddy, while I organised the packing label and shipment with Chronopost. Communication was excellent throughout. Baby Tiger arrived safely back with our son yesterday, who was very happy about it!! Thank you for making our stay and aftercare another excellent experience and why I choose to stay in B&B hotels in France.

There was a slightly odd smell from the Aircon in room 251, but it wasn't terrible.

Auto mated check in was difficult. Difficult to read screen, non english instructions, details inconvenient to provide, not easy, convenient arrangement.

Convenient for amenities and access to roads although we only used it for a one night stop would use it again

We booked last minute and were very happy with the room. The staff were also very helpful.

Brian was professional, courteous, gave us extra pillows and recommended an excellent restaurant next door.

We would like tea/coffee in our room.

Easy to access, great to have a lift. Room was very comfortable and clean, good value for money.

Location was good for us to visit La Rochelle and Ile de Re since we had a car, and this hotel has a good parking lot. Brian (assume he is the manager?) was very nice and helpful and spoke English very well, which was great for us. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Ok for a budget hotel.

Check in time at 5 pm felt a little late. Room was small - fine for 1 person, but a little small for 2. Also, it was not especially comfortable. The one chair was wood (no padding) and the bed came with only 2 pillows - probably ok for most people, but we usually like 2 pillows per person. (We should have asked Brian for two more pillows.)

Convenient.

Location - but it was a Sunday on an industrial estate.

Receptionist and nice hot shower were the only positives

Refill the shampoo containers in the bathroom, 2 pillows each and better quality, whole facility tired and cheap feel about it all.

Location on the outskirts, free parking, the electronic check in system is available when the reception is closed. Staff is friendly. Clean and comfy rooms.

The breakfast could be a bit better but it included acceptable options.

Clean and spacious family room. Ideal for a one night stay. Good customer service, plenty of parking space and close to shops, bakery and supermarkets.

There was no soap to wash our hands.

It’s well located and with a lot of parking

Very expensive taking in consideration what they offer in return, unfortunately most hotels have been increasing their prices more and more with giving anything in return to the customer, on this hotel in particular, the Wi-Fi is free but it is so bad that it’s almost as good as not having it, the bedroom has a clear curtain to cover the window that allows the light to came in, in a bedroom with a double bed there was only 1 small towel for shower and only 2 small pillows.

The location is a plus. Away from the city center, it is located in an commercial area where the day time is full of hustle and evenings/nights are quite. The staff was nice and welcoming. The breakfast options are basic but sufficient. Another plus is the parking in front of the building which is free. They also have a paid parking but we didn’t use it.

The rooms are pretty basic and void of any amenities. Things like safe for storing valuables, fridge, and kettle are missing. These are basic items needed by a family traveling together.

Lots of restaurants, ALDI supermarket and shops around the place. Very clean and sweet, nice breakfast.

The property has everything you need and breakfast is very good. It is conveniently located with easy parking. Staff members especially the reception speaks very good English and have great history knowledge. The room has all that we needed and I would highly recommend this hotel
