Nothing it was very poor

It was disappointing and not worth 250euros for the one night we were staying as a stop off. The property was very worn out and the bathroom was very poor quality and a lot of broken things in it.

It’s a nice hotel close to the beach with nice pool and very good value of money Very good for families to stay with children

The apartments and rooms don’t have air conditioners.I booked apartment with three bedrooms,and there was only one toilet .The temperature reached 40’ C in the afternoon and late 20s in the evening and was difficult to sleep, but when it’s raining it’s beautiful weather.The reception is not available 24h a day .

The location was very good.

Absolutely horrified that for €96 for 1 night we had to make our own bed, fully clean the apartment, put out the laundry, empty the rubbish bins…. AllOf this with no WiFi , no information / welcome pack, no facilities guide and worse of all NO AIRCON!!!!! It was 28 degrees and No aircon. Our stay was the worst experience of our lives and we have over 100 years experience between us!!Absolutely shocking and dire value for money. We gave it 1 out of 10….. only because there was no option for a 0

checkin was smooth, location is great. Appartment was large enough for family of four. Ideal for a short stop on the way (further) south.

Would not stay there again

Everything closed earlier than stated, chalet in need of refurbishment, unable to access the internet. Did not state on Booking.com you had to leave 300 euros deposit and also had to clean the chalet before you left.

That is a flat and is by the beach.

Some maintenance issues. Beds uncomfortable.

the location of this property is fantastic. 15 minutes slow walk down to a wonderful beach.there is a great pool as well.

there are set check in times. We had to wait till 4pm.You have to make your own bed and clean the apartment, strip the beds etc when you leave.They take 109€ deposit which is only refunded when the apartment is checked AFTER you leave so it’s their word against yours.

Not very comfortable , noisy from partying neighbours all night literally outside our window , and no one to assist with this matter . We were only there one night to rest for on going journey ti Spain . Which was not the case

I think the best thing about the accommodation was the location. Ondres Beach was just wonderful. Near the hotel, there was a football field and basketball nets, where we had a lot of fun (also there was a skatepark, which we didn't use).

The rooms were a little poorly cleaned. When I booked then I thought it would be a little different since when I walked into my apartment I kind of had to start swiping a bit and doing up my own bed. Also, there was a quite late check-in for us (from 5. pm).

The hotel has asked us for a deposit, and has not given it back yet. They do not reply to the chat nor answer to the calls

The surrounding area, very rural and peaceful. But still with lots of grocery stores and supermarkets less then 20 minutes away.Staff was polite. They kept some of our stuff on their storage room after the check out, so that we could go surf one last time.Kitchen had plenty of utensils enough for 8 people for 3 meals per day.3 Pool areas fit for all sizes.

The wifi was abysmal, to the point of being almost non-existent, probably a router serving 20 houses. The cellular data quality or reception was bad due to being remote(served as a digital detox, which is good... I guess).The TV channels were bad, only ads, nothing really informative, listenable or watchable. (Being in French was not a problem though)There is a 300€ deposit, that forces us to clean the house following a set of steps. We are sure that we cleaned dust and dirt from previous owners. There should be room cleaning service after each checkout. Cleaning 100% should not be a criteria for the deposit. Only if something is broken.No kitchen towels for easy cleaning of dishes.

Good location

Felt like a cabin I would stay in when going on a school trip. Was handed a bunch of sheets and linen to install myself. The cabin stank and after efforts of trying to air it out we just had to live with the smell. Smell was a combination of humidity and sewerage. There were hundreds of small flies in the bathroom. No proper curtains on the windows. No wifi. Strict check out at 10am. Must remove towels and bed linen myself and carry to reception desk. Must clean the bin myself or was told i would be charged €100 deposit cleaning fee. Old furniture from the early 90s. Reception desk closed at 8pm. All of this for €130 for 1 night! There is really nothing positive I can say except it is in an OK location. About 6 minutes drive to the beach. In summary i definitely would not recommend this accommodation to anyone

Friendly staff. Our kids loved all the sports activities. Great beach nearby.

The beds were on the harder side and it felt at bit crowded with 4 persons in the small apartment. Internet was practically non-existing.

Helpful and welcoming staff we needed to stay in the area to complete family business we could take the dog as well very well organized site all amenities needed for the stay available in the apartment

The apartment was a little dated and could probably do with a refresh in my opinion but otherwise everything needed was there

It was a reminder of what butlins was like in the 1950 very poor the flat stank no one had been in the rooms since lockdown walls had stains it looks like it had been cleaned with wet dirty cloth they didn't even open the doors /window's to let the smell out seven hour drive and we consider sleeping in the car it was that bad they did offer 2 Moore place's on the complex they were just as bad you should not go thier it needs pulling down
